Booking A Flight

I was on line trying to book my flight, which was aggravating me more & more every minute. So finally after trying for well over 2 long hours and having a stupid ass countdown to book the flight which I could NOT COMPLETE bcuz it would not take my banking account email address. It kept saying it was an invalid email. Which btw it was NOT .... SO I decided to call and by this time I have just about lost every lil patience I've ever had and I AM ONE OF THE MOST PATIENT PEOPLE THERE ARE. Well, when I called I got a very soft spoken, polite, and nice guy named David Whipe.... He automatically turned my mood around. He was very very kind, took his time with me , answered every question I had even if I repeated myself ( which I did several times ) .Mr David was very knowledgeable about all of my questions and he made me feel comfortable with continuing to book my flight as I was about to give up and just cancel the whole flight. But bcuz of Mr David I got my flight booked and I ended my call not pissed off ( sorry ) but actually being very happy and pleased....So again THANK YOU MR.DAVID WHIPE FOR YOUR OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND YOUR JOB DESCRIPTION ( AS I THINK YOU DID THIS FOR ME ) IF I COULD GIVE YOU 10 STARS I WOULD HAVE SIR. Read fine print or $$$ and how refund work. Rude

First make sure you read the fine print of how to get refunds or what is refunded. they will keep the Taxes for cancellations
Very rude. Hard to understand. Noisy background. I am usually very good at understanding what is being said with accents.
Everyone you speak to is of Indian decent. I imagine that is because their call center is in India however the "home office is in North Las Vegas.
I called to cancel my pending booking, as they do not allow that to take place by clicking the cancel button on the website, the girl whom answered was very soft spoken and the background was very noisy. Every time she spoke I told her that I am sorry but I cannot hear her. she would say something else in the same volume and again I would tell her I only heard XYZ, could she please repeat it. after 5 minutes of this I hear some words, no idea what was spoken, but ended with ok. then she hung up. I called back and now I was upset. the guy that then answered at least I could hear I told him that I was just on a call and got disconnected but I want to cancel my pending transaction. He completely ignored me with my statement. silence was on the line so he started to say that the last rep I spoke to the night before, because again they force you to call, i said no i spoke to someone there just 3 seconds ago before they hung up on me. he said no she disdn't hang up on you, then said it is cancelled, can i disconnect now? This was said in demeaning tone. so I hung up.
You casn get the same price doing it all yourself on the website for the airline.
Dont waste your time using this company!

My experience with last minute travelling

This was one the easiest time I've ever had. I had a family emergency and had to get to lasvegas quick. The agent was able to get me on a flight in less than 8 hrs. He was so nice & helpful. I wii be sending everyone I know to him.

Scam

How can they give you a price and when they call you to confirm booking, the price is ALWAYS higher? They tell you that price is no longer available. Yet when I went back on their site, it still shows me the lower price?? What a scam!!! You’re better off booking through the airline directly because it’s cheaper in the end!
