DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

When I placed my order for tickets on January 10, I expected to have the mobile download immediately as normally occurs. The play is February 29, and I was finally supposed to be able to download my mobile today. That means to me: 12:01 a.m. Nope, not there. And the rep told me it's because of the QR code and security. Horse hockey. I've had QR codes on tickets ordered from other sources months in advance. Such a shady company! And I am angry because the venue did not make it clear that these tickets were from a ticket reseller. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. There will not be a second time, and I am contacting American Express and disputing the transaction NOW.

Scam

Paid for concert tickets received confirmarion but no tickets. Denied entrance to concert. Customer service email returned email notification. Phone number went to voicemail.

Paid twice face value and $50…Stay away

Paid twice face value and $50 processing for Anderson Cooper for Valentine’s Day present. No problem. Two days ago I am contacted via phone by MTT rep. to say I will not get hard tickets, I will have to go to “will call” on the day of show( 03/28). No problem. Today, 02/14/20- Valentine’s Day, gift already given this am- printout of seats and the date, get an email that they have been, “trying to get me all day via phone”. They are offering me a $30 credit if I am willing to accept two tickets ten rows back ( we were already in upper seats). I say no thank you. Then I am told I will be issued a refund in 3-5 days. They confirm, I was sold tickets that did not exist. They will not issue any email receipt that I declined the offer. The rep who already confirmed my email, said she could not even send me documentation of our phone call. She said it was okay because were are speaking on a recorded line. Really? No taped notification that I am being recorded and no beep in background. Either way, not an ethical practice. I can only hope I can get my money back. Stay away!!

Hey guys I dont know what's going on…

Hey guys I dont know what's going on with these reviews but they scared the crap of me yesterday. I thought I was doomed giving them 365.00 for a show. However I called them yesterday because I didn't receive my tickets. The lady looked me up found my name by email and I was told I will receive them later on that day. And that is what exactly happened. I am happy with them and they are connected to ticket master so no bullcrap is going on. Have a good day.

BEWARE!!

BEWARE!!! TOTAL SCAM!!!! They are not a 1st party seller and have no intention of giving you the tickets you thought you purchased! You will have to call them when they don’t send you your tickets via email. They will offer you a lesser valued ticket for the same cost or for a slight refund. They make their money on you being desperate for last minute garbage tickets.

Lower level Super Bowl tickets

I recently bought 2 tickets for Super Bowl LIV from Mega Seats. When I got an email from ticket tracker and reading the reviews I felt like I had made a horrible decision. Let’s just say these tickets were lower level and the cost to get in the game was well over $6K a ticket. Since super bowl tickets have to be picked up in person and you won’t get an email until days leading up to the game on where to pick up the tickets I was wondering if I ever got an email. I received an email on the Friday before the Super Bowl and tickets were available for pick up all weekend! Got my tickets row 16 and had no problems getting into the game! Thanks ticket tracker for coming through with my Super Bowl tickets! It seems people only write reviews for negative experiences and I wanted to reassure people who are in my situation waiting for an email to come.

I basically paid $994.31 for four…

I basically paid $994.31 for four tickets for Hamilton which costs $88.00 each or a total of $352.52, a difference of $642. Basically, the tickets had an average price of $ 248.00. vs. the $88.00

One day, I was shown tickets which costs $199.00 for a Thursday night performance . A few days later, I was told those tickets were not available but a Sunday matinee was available. When I received the tickets, they had a price of $88.00.
This was a bati and swticht.

HORRIBLE

Somebody was able to tap into my bank account and purchase from this site. I had absolutely no idea what this site even was beforehand. I was confused when I got an email saying I got tickets I didn’t purchase for a hefty $600. The person first used paypal - In which I filed a dispute. The investigation showed it was unauthorized and not from me so I got my $600 back that was wrongly taken from me. About a week later - TODAY - Instead of charging my paypal (which was investigated and shown to be unauthorized and I got refunded by Paypal NOT the company) they charged my entire bank account. I woke up to -$76. I filed a complaint with my bank and was able to cancel the processing order.
I had to close down that bank account because they kept taking the money and I had to keep calling the bank to get it back despite changing my password and locking all my cards.
I had to open a whole new bank account with a different account number to get the UNAUTHORIZED payment PROVED by my BANK AND PAYPAL to stop it. Now I have to wait up to 10 days for a new debit card.
I got lucky and was able to get my funds back.
I emailed several times with PROOF of PayPal telling me it was unauthorized but got absolutely no response - not even a “We’ll get back to you in 48 hours” like the first time. Customer Service must’ve seen me getting my money back and stopped contacting me.
BTW - Even though it was PROVEN unauthorized and I showed PROOF which was IGNORED, I was still told it was FINAL even though it wasnt me!!!

Ticket Tracker and Box Office Ticket…

Ticket Tracker and Box Office Ticket Center are a fraud. You will not receive your tickets. They do not transfer your purchase to the concert hall or stadium. They are purposely misleading and rude when you call for help.They are third party scam artists.

Another horrible experience

Another horrible experience - a TOTAL RIPOFF. SCAM ARTISTS. I got routed through these sleaze bags when I purchased reserved parking tickets for the Army Navy Game in Philly from TicketMaster. When we arrived at the lot where we paid an exorbitant price for a space we were turned away at the gate being told the lot was at capacity. After getting to the third lot attendants were collecting cash for parking for $140 dollars less than I paid these thieves online.

Some how Ticketmaster is involved with this scam. Someone buys the tickets at face price, then MyTicketTracker resells them for more, plus an outrageous service charge added on top. Sleezey operation! Can't figure out how to buy tickets by NOT going through TicketMaster or MyTicketTracker. People getting rich off of this scam! What a screw job.

Horrible Company Buyer Beware!!!!

Horrible Company is the only thing I can say! I spent 8 hours on the phone over 2 days. I drove 3 hours to a concert guaranteed to get in and the tickets would be recent. The tickets were recent and cancelled. Jingle Bell concert that was a gift for my children in ATL. The State Farm staff was so courteous they got management involved and my kids were allowed to attend a half hour late. NO THANKS TO MYTRACKER. This company is fraudulent. They NEVER sent any e tickets and accused me of being a liar. I sent them email and the email address was not legit. My email was returned. I will never recommend or use this company. I will do whatever is necessary to shut them down. FRAUD

HORRIBLE experience

HORRIBLE experience. I bought tickets for the Nutcracker to take my Mom for a holiday gift (I was flying across the country to take her) and a week later, the company sent me an email saying that they messed up and can no longer fulfill my purchase but they will upgrade my seats at no cost. I assumed that they were simply offering me an upgrade and when I asked to see those seats, I saw that there was a bar obstructing them and asked to just keep what we had. They then replied a day later that they were no longer available (this was at 8:22am) and they would like to offer me the new section they had mentioned previously. A few minutes later (8:26am) they emailed me again saying that they no longer had those tickets available either. Moments after that, they proceeded to CANCEL my tickets without ever mentioning that this was a possibility. WHY would it even be a thought in my mind that tickets could be canceled a week after purchase? The possibility of having these canceled was never mentioned in a single email.

I then had to purchase new tickets that were farther away from the stage, for more money. When I purchased those, they told me that this could happen again... so does that mean they could decide to cancel these tickets yet again? Yes. How are you supposed to plan for events when they just give away your tickets days after purchase.

It doesn't really get much worse than this. Horrible experience all around

I purchased some tickets for Disney on Ice

I purchased some tickets for Disney on ice in Raleigh NC for Dec 15 2019. Tickets were purchased online on Friday Dec 13. I received my confirmation for purchase an email indicating to download tickets, when tickets would not download on Dec 14 I contacted mytickettracker and was told tickets were sent to someone else’s and I had to wait until they return the tickets before I received tickets. They assured me this would be taken care of prior to the event on Dec 15 at 1 pm. I called at 9 am on Dec 15 to see if this was handled I was told, “they were working on it” I called again at 11 am it still wasn’t resolved. I picked up my grandson at noon headed to the venue hoping it would be resolved by then. I was at the venue in my car at 12:45 called again was on hold until 1:00 and was told they couldn’t get tickets back and could not offer me any others tickets. I was devastated.
They offer me a credit on my card that will take 3-5 days before credited on my card. That didn’t help me at that moment. The service was awful and I’ll never purchase tickets this way again. I would recommend others NOT to use this service. It is a SCAM.com

Trying to explain this to my 8 year old grandson who were looking forward to this event brought me much sadness.

Total SCAM DO NOT USE THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY

Total SCAM! Thought I was purchasing tickets from Good Seat tickets but my Paypal showed My Ticket Tracker as the company paid and that's where my nightmare began! This company steals your hard earned money and you NEVER GET YOUR TICKETS! They refused to send me my tickets and to prove their legitimacy! It is their burden of proof to prove the Tickets legitimacy period! Thank god I used PayPal. Also reported this fraudulent company to the Attorney General and FCC praying they are shut down. Do not use Good Seat either they are complicit in this scam, which is no surprise now!

$175 down the toilet. Thanks ticket "tracker"

Well it's 8:03pm and Thievery Corp. is probably taking the stage, but I wouldn't know because I paid $175 for tickets I never received! Why is it so hard to re-send an email? Apparently they sent my tickets via email a month ago, but I never got them, and now it's impossible to resend them? What is this, the dark ages? $175 down the drain thanks for nothing ticket tracker. I'll stick to the other third-party vendors I've used hundreds of times without any problems whatsoever. Thumbs down.
