Never use them! They charge you $$$ for the Service fee and shipping even though it's a digital ticket. It's almost a scam. I was so stupid to use them just because it appeared on the top when I googled.

Patiently waited for rescheduled tickets to be provided ... no problem! I get it and wanted to see the show as well as support the artists. Like others, spent hours on hold with no outcome. They say that I was sent an email to get my tickets. I don't have it and of course immediately looked in the junk folder. Now after about ten emails, numerous forms filled in on the website asking to simply RESEND the email. I repeatedly get the response that I need to access the email and look for it in my junk folder. So much for paying an excessive premium service fee on top of inflated prices. I am now giving up. They screwed me. The internet is a cesspool of this kind of crap. The live entertainment industry is dead if artists put up with this. I was directed to this scam outfit's website from the artist's website!

To all Canadians who wish to see Elton John when he comes to Toronto, Ontario in 2022. I was on ticket master a Canadian web-site to purchase Elton John tickets for next September and was lead to ticket faster a U.S. third party website fake seller. They apply surcharges you are totally unaware of. Issue tickets with no sit numbers. The 1 866 toll free number provided has no one on the other end to answers. You are left on hold forever. This is a total scam. You will never get your money back from them.
Stay totally away from this rip-off seller.

I purchased tickets and paid through the nose as a present to my son. They sent me an email saying to look for another email with the download link for the mobile tickets. No email ever came. I've exchanged emails with their customer support who told me that my best bet was to call them to get it sorted. As one person put it, I've listened to mandolin music for a collective 3 hours of my life and no one ever answers their customer support number.

Ticket tracker appears to be a company that lacks an ethical business practice. Purchased two tickets and have been waiting for a month to receive them. My tickettracker.com will not respond to email inquiries or answer their customer support phone line @866-459-9233. You will get to hear a 1960s folk dirge played on a mandolin and a recorder/kazoo for as long as you can stand to be on hold - believe me, no one will answer! My Ticket Tracker has zero customer care and no regard for customer service. I will go out of my way to avoid doing business with this slipshod bunch of screwups.

Absolutely horrible company! I purchased tickets and do not get them until the DAY BEFORE the concert…. I have emailed three times in a month in regard to canceling an order I placed pre-COVID and can no longer attend the concert. The concert lineup has also changed and I was never notified. I have not had any response. I will be contacting customer service and posting on every review site until I get my money back.

Bought tickets for Chris Stapleton. Event is moved a year in the future. They will not give refund or do anything to make it right. $600 down the drain.

Scammed again! My husband and I have never had so much $$$ "stolen" from us as we've had over the past year. We bought six tickets for Chicago ($600 total) from this company. The concert, at Red Rocks in CO, was canceled in 2020, of course. Rescheduled for June 2021 and canceled again. I've waited for over an hour, on hold to speak with them. Thought I'd look up reviews while I waited. Need I say more?!

Totally misleading...ended up on this site which looks like Ticketmaster. I purchased tickets before I knew it was a third-party broker. I want my money back.

We purchased tickets to a concert that was twice cancelled re COVID. We purchased pre covid. We have since received a Voucher Code for use on anything else. Went to book new tickets, no place to input code....only new credit card, not likely to do that.

Emailed them to inquiry and the email address is not longer valid. Contacted by phone 2x no call back. Found another email, will try it - but not holding my breath.

June 1 2021. Update. We receIved a full refund. I was surprised and grateful.

I purchased two tickets to the George Thorogood concert in Medicine Hat, Alberta for Friday April 24th 2020. I even took insurance out on the tickets. There's NO WAY George Thorogood will EVER play Medicine Hat, AB again. I want my money back, under the situation it's only fair. I know I can't get back what I paid, but I want the price for the tickets. The tickets were $66. each, but with the service charge and insurance the tickets came to about $100. each. Bought tickets for concert before pandemic..been rescheduled twice. So now the concert I paid for for in 2020 is now in 2022.

Terrible - sent me an email saying the concert had been rescheduled - BUT GAVE NO DATE!!! Their fees were outrageous to begin with. On hold for a long time, finally gave up. Sent them an email but got a standardized response. We'll see if there's any follow up. I was looking forward to taking my grandson to this concert.

This company is an absolute sham! I tried to contact them through their website but since I'd never received an email from them with ticket confirmation I had to call their number and so far I've been on hold with them for over 30 minutes. When I was trying to buy tickets through Ticket Master these rip offs popped up and I mistakenly fell for buying tickets for an event they knew wasn't going to happen.

My ticket tracker is refusing to refund my money for an Eric Hutchinson show that was supposed to take place on 4/30/2020. Claiming that because show wasn't cancelled it doesn't follow their policy to issue a refund. That is unacceptable. This show was scheduled for the Ridgefield Playhouse in CT, who has issued refunds for those customers that bought direct through them. To keep my $308.77 for a show that hasn't even been rescheduled is criminal and unethical. This is clearly a mitigating circumstance due to COVID-19. The insurance policy I purchased won't help either because they haven't even rescheduled the show. I spoke to Sue, she couldn't help me. Her supervisor, Erlani claims they will email me back the resolution, why not just resolve the issue? Clearly they don't care to resolve the issue. Been on hold for 44 minutes at this point and still holding... they are trying to wear me down. Do NOT buy anything from this company. I will be contacting the BBB if it is not resolved by the end of business today #33433535

Definitely a scam and fraudulent company. Purchased tickets and two weeks later had never even sent a confirmation. Thankfully, I bought through PayPal. First dispute, they denied my claim. But I called them and they took care of it. Next day the charge was off my account. The only time the company responded was to tell me that my payment was refunded and therefore I would not get tickets. Please! Run away! Check your site before you click to buy. I thought I was on Ticketmaster. Buyer beware. They will not send tickets.

If I could give zero stars I would. This site is a ripoff 100%. I bought tickets, they never got sent, I called their customer service and never got off hold. I called their customer service and left my phone in after getting put on hold and fell asleep. 7 hours later and I wake up still on hold.

Total scam. Do not use. I purchased tickets on 2/16/21 to a spring training game on 3/28/21 with a promise that the tickets would be e-mailed to me on 3/24/21. Never got the tickets, and I was on hold on their phony number (866-459-9233) for 2 hours (I flew down to Florida from NY to see this game). After the event had passed, they issued a refund after I told them I was going to cancel the charge when I returned home. I never received any explanation. As someone who investigates fraud for a living, I would stay away from this site and use StubHub or Vivid for event tickets. I don't believe this firm ever had any intention of sending tickets and was waiting to see if I would just go away.

I have purchased 6 tickets to the Kenny Chesney concert at Busch Stadium in St. Louis. I paid $1556 for 6 tickets in November 2019 for a June 2020 show. The show was postponed to 2021. In 2021 Kenny Chesney determined to postpone again. There was clear communication through the venue to get your FULL refund from the supplier of the tickets. My Ticket Tracker is REFUSING to give a refund for tickets I do not even have. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - IT IS A TOTAL SCAM

This company has swindled many people out of hundreds of dollars. Do not use them! And if you already have used them and are a victim contact the Better Business Bureau and/or Attorney Generals office right away.
