What a joy

What a joy. I bought two miniature cats for a book nook which are really tiny, completely adorable and perfect for such a project in terms of scale. They also sent a free gift. Prompt resonders to a query I had too, so all in all a very positive experience. I'm already thinking of placing another order. What a great company.

Very disapointed!

I've placed (and payed for) my order on Febr 16th. I left a message on their website and emailed them a day later with a question about my order. No reply!
March 10th I did send an email to ask about an update on my order. They emailed back to say they've picked my order. On the March 17th (one month after my order!) they did let me know the order has been posted.
It's May 12th now, and I haven't received my package. I did send another email on May 8th, no reply!
So I think it's time to have PayPal arrange a refund, because I don't think it is going to happen anymore. And communicating doesn't work.
I was looking forward for my order so much.
And I am severely disappointed now.
Such a shame, because they have great dollhouse stuff.
Communication should improve! Picking and shipping sooner! Updates on orders!

Update:
On the same day as my review I got an email that said the parcel was returned to them and they did send it again on the day I last emailed them.
So fingers crossed this time it will arrive in a reasonable time (to the Netherlands).
I emailed to ask about the shipping companies they use and if I can track&trace my parcel this time. So I do hope to receive an answer on that.

Excellent customer services

This company has excellent customer services.
They accidently sent me the wrong carpet, so I rang them up. The lady was very helpful and posted the right carpet to me straight away, it arrived the next day.
It was good quality, just as described and was perfect for my Doll House room. Very happy.

Have had 2 orders recently- first one…

Have had 2 orders recently- first one an item had to be remade as poor colour quality. Edam cheese was sent white!
Second order- 3 out of four items were very poor quality (looked like a child had made them)
Offered refund, which didn’t arrive, so emailed and was told it had just been processed which was a lie as still not received after nearly a week.
Finally got it after yet another email.
Poor quality items, poor communication and poor customer service

I have purchased items from this company a few times and have always been happy. I recently made a purchase through eBay, and was given a great offer code for money off. I purchased the most beautiful heart shaped cakes, stunning detail on both cakes. And a wonderful treasure chest. Top quality items. Excellent service. Items were carefully packaged. Perfect.

Fantastic Experience

They sent me the most adorable kitten that I needed for my craft project and it arrived in perfect condition. I thought it would take ages to come in the mail but it was quick. They gave me a free gift which I was surprised about, certainly didn’t expect it. I recommend them highly and will be happy to buy from them again.

Avoid!

Have to agree with others about not filling orders and poor response to communications! Placed an order in July which didn't arrive. Contacted them on 11 August, was told Royal Mail reported it was lost in transit? A replacement was to be sent. Now September, still nothing received and to date no reply to my latest email so I raised an issue with PayPal and am to receive a full refund.

Order Dispatch Issues

Placed a small but important (to me) single item order on 3rd Dec and paid for 1st class postage. Ok that was a Saturday, but despite their website promise, they didn't dispatch the next working day.

According to their tracking data, they checked the payment on the 5th, picked it on the 7th, ignored it until the 13th when they eventually checked and posted it (right before a strike day!). No knowing when it'll eventually turn up. No communication from them to explain their delay.

Perplexed

Upgrading my review to a 4 star because all my issues were sorted within hours of making contact. The products themselves are works of art at amazing prices. Yes, there were initially some communication problems, but I will definitely be ordering from MyTinyWorld again.

Perplexed. My money was taken almost a week ago. Since then, nothing. All attempts at making contact seem to have failed. Can you please read your emails and send my goods. If there is a problem just cancel it, but the silence is not acceptable.

I don't recommend

I placed an order 2 years ago and unfortunately one of the items arrived broken. At the time I sent it back for an exchange or refund. But I never had any news after that. I wrote 4 emails in total which remain unanswered to this day. To put it short, I just gave my money and got nothing in return, neither an exchange nor a refund.

DO NOT USE. I placed an order, they took my money, did not send the goods, pretend its in the post, it never arrived, they don't answer calls or emails. I have reported them to action fraud.

This is my second review

This is my second review. Apologies but I have ordered an item on 30th May and still not received. I have attempted to phone this company and email them. They have replied by email to say that the item has been posted over 2 weeks ago but I have still not received the said item. Just tell the truth that you don’t have it! I seriously don’t know how this company is still trading. No post to United Kingdom takes two weeks even second class. I could walk quicker! Please do not use this company

Sorry you feel this way, i can see you ordered this 8 days ago and opened a return request on Amazon which we accepted 6 days ago.
We offered to send you a replacement which you said you didn't want - we have no problem refunding you in full however as of yet we haven't received the pram back.
Unfortunately items do get damaged in the postal system which is out of our control but we will always try our best to rectify these situations when they do occur.

Don’t expect anything for your money

I was so excited to have found some of their products.
I made my order, despite the website advising two days for delivery, I waited a week just for dispatch before I contact them. 3 emails later (and confirmation of the emails was received), and they still couldn’t be bothered to reply. I then found them on eBay when I tried to replace the items there.
One day I’m told they should’ve arrived by that time, and they’d send me ‘another’, then I had to chase that package too. I gave them another week, and they denied having that message too. Said they’d send the Tuesday, first class recorded. I contacted them after the postman had been Thursday, to get told they hadn’t bothered sending it yet. It’s now been over a week since they have allegedly posted a replacement, and, no surprise, it hasn’t turned up.
To add insult to injury, they gave a tracking number to PayPal, which shows no parcel was ever accepted by Royal Mail, Royal Mail have confirmed it hasn’t been accepted by them, and they have denied me any proof it was ever sent.

On checking the website, one of the items is now out of stock! Why not just be honest and send the items you did have and do a partial refund?

Wouldn’t have even given them one star if it was possible. Shame, since I really wanted my order.

Check other online reviews - it seems they have a lot of “missing” parcels.
