Item was on sale so bought and paid for it, they then cancelled my order, when i phoned ro see why they said they had no stock, however the item was still for sale but now at the full price. Not impressed.

A technical fault on our website displayed the item at an incorrect price and showed it as available when we didn't have any to send, which is why the order had to be cancelled and refunded. The listing you saw afterwards was the same product back at its correct price - I understand how that looked, and I'm sorry. Perhaps I could've explained this more clearly when you called. The fault has since been corrected and the item is now showing as out of stock, as it should have been. Your refund was processed in full to your original payment method.

I ordered 3 boxes of divergent staples…
I ordered 3 boxes of divergent staples and yet again they were packaged really well, and delivered extremely quickly. Stupidly I'd ordered a box off Amazon and they came loose in an a cardboard box!!! Never again!! Shoukd have just ordered from Stapling & Nailing.

Customer Service 100%!
I am a complete novice when it comes to re-upholstery, but give it my best shot. I really liked the idea of a bespoke compressor but to be honest didn't know where to start.
I looked at the company website but really wanted to talk to someone about it for reassurance. So I made the call and I am so glad that I did because I spoke to Jill, who is what I would describe as a "sunny" person, explaining what I hoped to do and discussed the upholstery compressor kit for beginners. A long story short, after speaking to Jill several times I bought the compressor that I needed with the correct size staples and I am absolutely thrilled with it. I also know that if I need any further help that I can call Jill.
