EExtremely Frustrating Return Process and Poor Customer Servicextremely disappointing customer…

Extremely disappointing customer service. I have been trying for several days just to obtain a return shipping label for an unopened and unused product, and I still have not received it despite multiple follow-ups.

A simple return request should not require this much time and effort. Based on my experience, their return process and customer service have been unnecessarily difficult and frustrating.
