Booking our recent hotel stay through mytravaly.com was an absolute game changer for our vacation. As planning a trip can often be overwhelming with so many distinct choices and fluctuating prices online, yet mytravaly made the entire process incredibly straightforward, transparent and completely hassle-free from start to finish.
I booked through MyTravaly way in advance of our trip since it was around Christmas time, they sent all confirmation, but the hotel (flamingo in gujrat) called the morning of the day we were supposed to checkin and said they don't have a reservation, it was extremely inconvenient, anyway, Travaly told me they would refund the full amount, it has been 5 months since and mytravaly is not responding to my emails/calls etc. they are a major fraud company, do not risk your booking with them.
Booked room in advance on Mytravaly for Hotel O Mandhana plaza formerly Formerly Hotel Mandhana . When arrived at hotel, the man at reception told that booking is there but no room is available. We had reached around midnight. Without room, we were left on road. Hotel refused to refund booking advance. He said that room was booked online so claim from there. He refused to give Hotel owners number. Still awaiting for refund. On 28-Feb-26: Still no signs of refund though they are giving ticket number every day.
27-Feb-26: Without the refund, they closed the "case". I am raising the query again. Disgusting experience. The phone number (+918068507734) given on their site comes as invalid so no possibility to talk to them. The email addresses given on their webpage are not working. The email is not delivered.
03-Mar-26: When, I did not get any response from MyTravaly, I thought of another way. I did more booking on same site and same hotel but did not make payment. I received a call back from 9606974064 & 9606974066 to complete payment. I told that first make my previous refund. Those persons told that this is reservation department and not refund.
14-Mar-26: Still no sign of refund
The photos of rooms of most of the hotels look same setup. Seems fake setup. Added one more photo of Astros Residency Ernakulam - same setup for room
