Refund not received – poor support

I booked a flight through MyTrip (MyTrip) and later requested a cancellation for reservation FTEUXE (118-481275459).

I was informed the refund was processed, but no money has been received in my bank account.

Customer support provided inconsistent information, including a supposed bank blockage, which my bank confirmed does not exist.

At this point, there is no clear update, proof of refund, or timeline for payment.

I request either proof of the transaction or immediate refund.

Absolutely avoid. These guys are charlatans

I was flying to Japan.
Explained I kept vomiting and other more disgusting things the night before.

They said they'd refund me if I don't get on flight because I said I was happy to get in the flight if it meant I lost out on money... Ideally they would refund me. They said they would... 3 months of chasing (and they use different no reply emails to make responses hard) they finally told me they're not giving me a refund... Then shut down the response mail that I did have.

If I don't hear back soon and if I am not given credit or a refund I will be having solicitor contact them.

It's also worth noting they charged me to Change some details that had no real bearing on flight and when questioned they refunded me the 50.euro change charge.... These guys are despicable and ran off with over 5k of my money!
