VERY DISAPPOINTING!

I have been waiting for my refund since December 2020. I have called the customer service several times but they are not helpful. I also do not receive any emails with the status of the refund.
I have contacted the airline LATAM and they have not yet received a refund request from Mytrip.

I have already reported the case to the European Consumer Center and to my lawyer.

My trip is fraud

Where do I begin, I booked my flight with My Trip back in Feb 2020. From Amsterdam to Islamabad for April 2020. Got cancelled due to Covid-19. Still I’m in a cat and mouse chase with them. They keep lying and feeding misinformation to buy more time. Turkish Airlines has processed my refund to them. However, they keep telling me and my husband that they need more approval?? Makes no sense. Obviously this company is not transparent or honest. Worst customer experience of my life. They really have a legal case coming against them.

Probably a scam

I bought a flight using Mytrip to Zagreb on the 1st october 2020. When I arrived to the airport, the airline said the flight got canceled or doesn't exist.

Called the call center that is on the website and told them my story. They said that I received a mail about the cancelation. But up until today I have not received an e-mail. When I started talking about a refund or rebooking of the flight, they just abruptly hung up...

I tried to look at my booking on the website using the booking reference, but the website says it doesn't have it in their system.

have been trying to get my money back but I haven't heard from them ever since or I don't get any answer from them.

Totally feels like a scam...

I've bought a ticket which was later cancelled due to COVID-19. But the company hasn't refunded me the money paid for the ticket, and has kept ignoring all phone calls and emails for almost 7 months.

I've bought an airplane ticket, which I wasn't able to use as the flights were cancelled due to COVID-19. I wasn't able to get back the money paid for the ticket, although I've tried to contact mytrip.com as much as 70-80 times, through their call center, and through emails, and other written means... I've received only one reply from them saying "They can't find my ticket in their system" and that's it... Since then several months have passed, I've tried to reach them again by telephone and via emails, but it was useless.

they don't stand for the client they stand for the airlines .. they are liars and scammers
never again .. be careful when dealing with them

the customer service is just a group of people in india without any intention to solve my case

because i am the weakest ring in the chain the airline and mytrip they took my money and refused to return it.

mytrip ask me to call the airlines and the airlines ask me to call mytrip

i paid over 200 euro on phone calls to get my money back without any hope

its now over five months and over 15 phone calls and nothing

they only try to calm you down with words but they do nothing they want to keep the relation with the airlines and they don't care about the customers

this is a message to everyone don't trust them

They charge you € 30 per passenger to…

They charge you € 30 per passenger to claim your rights for COVID, unacceptable, if you book directly with the airline, you do not have these problems. On top of that, it passes you from one operator to another all the time and they hang you up.
