Was offered an option to win a free kit on Instagram and just pay £2 shipping. I went thru with it and got charged, then was redirected to this website and received emails saying welcome and I had signed up to a membership for this random website for shoes..what?? Total scam!! Contacted live chat and spoke to Jose who told me my membership has now been cancelled, a membership I never even signed up for. I kept asking for a refund and wouldn't get a straight answer and all he wanted me to do was leave a good review on trust pilot of how helpful he was and then send him a link to show him proof of that positive review. Very strange. I'm still waiting for a refund. I will be keeping an eye on my bank account for any further charges and I will be contacting my bank to inform them if this scam. Disgusting!!! I am appalled!!!

UPDATE: Never received a refund from the company. Then a couple days after receiving an email saying my "membership" was cancelled, they then sent me an email telling me they would be taking €65 out of my bank account, as my "membership" was still active. I contacted my bank and informed them this was a scam and to block all future payments from this scamming company. Be very careful!

Total scam. Tricks you in buying a giftset from Rituals (Netherlands brand) a 2 euro, but behind little small print hides a ‘VIP’ membership which enables the cypriotic firm to, once or twice a month, draw serious money (45 euro) from your credit card.

Scam. Stealing money from my mom - an old lady- is just the lowest. They got away with charging her a bi-weekly “membership” fee, for which she never signed up. Bastards!
