Disappointing service

Disappointing service. I ordered a Solamagic garden heater and first they sent me the wrong color. I accepted it to avoid wasting time and money on returning it (they didn't offer any sort of discount and explained it with "there are so many numbers and types in our system...". Now it has been 4 weeks+ and I am still waiting for the wall mounts I ordered (they were ordered in the right color so they had to change them to the color of the heater they sent me...). A week ago they promised me to ship it early this week and I would receive it end of week and finally be able to use my 600€ purchase.

However - I have just received shipment notification so it won't be with me this week - so hopefully next. So 1 month+ after paying them 600€ - that is not okay in my book. And not even offering a small discount.

I would advise to buy from other shops.
