I’ve been taking MyTwentyTwo Lion’s Mane capsules for about six months and I have noticed a huge difference to focus and mental sharpness. I recommend these to as many friends and colleagues as I can and the feedback is consistently good. They aren’t cheap but they are wonderful. Like another reviewer, I increased the dose to four capsules a day with only positive effects so far.
