The order almost a month
The order almost a month, no delivery status, this is not the main issue, I tried to contact but no reply. They keep the stupid AI to talk to me but never had a way out or even the AI cannot find my order.

Avoid this company ! Tyres are listed as in stock giving confidence to order but then absolutely zero contact from the seller ,fortunately I ordered paying with Paypal so eventually got a refund ,but this still took almost a month and meant that we had to use the vehicle with the emergency spare .
Shocking Experience – Misleading Information and Zero Accountability
This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had.
I placed my order on 22 April, and since then I’ve been given completely contradictory information. First I was told the order was “in transit,” then later I was told it had been “lost.” I was even informed that an email had been sent to me regarding a replacement or refund — which I never received.
For over 10 days, there was no clear communication, no proper updates, and no real attempt to resolve the issue. Every response felt generic and inconsistent, with no one taking responsibility or providing a clear answer.
Even worse, the tracking system continued to show misleading updates, suggesting the parcel was moving, when in reality it had not even been handed over to the courier.
In the end, the order was cancelled without proper notice, and the refund was processed without any clear explanation.
This level of disorganisation, lack of transparency, and poor communication is unacceptable. Customers are left completely in the dark while being given inaccurate information.
I would strongly advise others to avoid this company unless they are prepared to deal with confusion, delays, and a complete lack of accountability.
Horrible if the order goes wrong
Most of the time, this company is OK. It works. The tyres are delivered.
But, when something goes wrong, the customer service is so completely aweful and difficult. I cancelled an order because it was two weeks late and I had no response to my contact form. They said they refunded me the money. Then they delivered the tyre. The refund didn't happen.
I'm still struggling to get they to collect the tyre and give me a refund.
I suggest avoiding this company unless and until they sort our their admit.

I have been waiting for over 5 weeks for 4 tyres. The DPD consignment has only recently been shown as we have your order but not the products yet.
Customer service is not existent - the number is a supposed AI bot, but is actually just a recording - and then a loop of someone tapping at keys on a computer. Taking the P*SS.
Go somewhere else as none of the tyres are in the UK, they must be growing the rubber per typer per order!

Absolutely awful. States 2-4 working days for delivery on the website, ordered and paid on Tuesday, get in contact through the shockingly bad AI system on Friday and get a message to say my payment hasn't been received. Ask about delivery and get told in the Ts and Cs that it's actually 5-8 working days for delivery. Go to cancel and then get told my refund will take 3-10 days! How can you offer a refund for a payment you apparently haven't got?! Finally spoke to someone who advised my tyres will be dispatched on Monday, 10 minutes later get an email to say they've been cancelled, go back to them and they state they'd got an AI cancellation request after I'd spoken to them! They then offer to "sort the robot" and deliver the tyres in a weeks time, 10 days after I'd ordered! Absolute joke and a complete waste of time. If you need tyres, 100% buy elsewhere.

Ordered tyres over a week ago still not…
Ordered tyres over a week ago still not had them delivered to the local garage for fitting. Not responding to any emails to see when they are due to get delivered and local garage said they can't see any orders in their system. I only ordered them as said fitting 2 days later but not met that timeline and way past it.
Poor delivery times and worse customer service
I recently ordered a staggered set of 4 tyres, that were showing in stock and delivery within 10 working days. Payment was made and the order confirmed... and then nothing for approximately 3 days. Finally contact was made stating that due to high demand delivery would be extended by 3 working days, and then another stating the same a day later. It took numerous attempts to try to cancel the order as getting to speak with a person is difficult, and when it times out waiting, it cuts you off. I'm still waiting for confirmation of cancellation and a refund.

I have now received 4 tyres, 20 days after paying for them and 8 days after supposed delivery date. I also paid for fitting, this is a big mistake as voucher or payment to fitters will not be forthcoming and you, the customer, pay twice. Mytyres may be cheaper but not worth the hassle or stress, use local fitters who are not robots or chat bots!!!! Refund of fitting charge requested, so far no joy

Unable to speak to a human and their live web chat and WhatsApp are completely useless, as is their AI phone answering service. I have emailed twice but still no reply. Need a call from them urgently about a payment issue. Would expect more of a service when ordering £1000 worth or tyres.

Horrible customer experience. Ordered 4 tyres, 2 delivered within a week, the other two after nearly 6 weeks. Customer service is slow and incompetent, non replies or incorrect information, sometimes in french! Attempted to collect the late tyres a day after they arrived. Tempted to report them to trading standards. Will never order from mytyres again.

I ordered a tyre in July 2025. I cancelled the order as it was taking too long. Mytyres sent me an email to confirm the cancellation. Now 8 months later they send me an invoice saying payment is going to be taken and before I can contact them to stop this they have taken the payment. When you contact them you're communicating to some useless AI chatbox both by phone and webchat. I've sent them an email online but unsurprisingly no response. this company is a thief and crook. I will be contacting my bank for a refund.

Ordered tyres at £300. Told the order was cancelled by email 3 days later for “other reasons”. Tried the live chat got nowhere, tried calling, fought with an automated agent for 15mins then sat on hold in position 1 in the queue for over 30mins. Never got an answer. Still no refund! Definitely a scam. DO NOT USE!!!!

Ordered tyres to be delivered ( not fitted) they take the money then forecast a 2 week delivery. No opportunity to speak to anyone human, all ‘Bot’ and binary. Eventually cancelled order with email stating refund ‘the next day’ …. A week later with no response to any of my requests, still no refund. Avoid for the few quid cheaper they appear to be, go with any of the bigger UK players, with their regular offers, rather than this outfit

Sadly we made the mistake of buying from these people, received the front tyre for my motorbike and we are still waiting for the rear. Expected delivery was 9th April and here we are 27th April and still nothing. For some strange reason the tyre started off in the UK and ended up abroad and it’s still sitting there somewhere, we live in the UK 🤦🏼♀️ I’ve had to buy a rear somewhere else and it was received in 3 days and had them fitted. Now waiting for my credit card payment to be reversed. will not be recommending them to anyone!
UPDATE: Have checked today 9th May and it says the tyre has been delivered…,,, to an address in France!! 😂
