Absolutely useless

Absolutely useless, said tyres have been delivered by dpd , not delivered here , you can’t speak to a person , dpd are worse than useless as well

Poor - very poor

Poor. Only one tyre has arrived so far. The other one seems to be stuck at customs. Their AI contact us phone is the worst I’ve had to deal with - didn’t get a single request right

Absolute nightmare

This company is a shambles.
I ordered a motorcycle tyre on the 31st March, on the 8th April I recieved an email with shipping status and dpd tracking number that doesn't exist..on the email it did say tyre would be delivered on the 9th April..13th April still no tyre or communication from mytyres...
This is when I decided to try and cancel my order....I went onto website and used the contact us link which is a message service....basically a bot it asked me my order number....long story short cominication stops.. I also tried the what's app link again and same thing no communication with a real person and communication stops....I also tried the phone number....all I got was an answer stating your number 1 in the queue....after 35min of this I hung up....I have now ordered a new tyre from demon tweaks. Which I have a working tracking number and being delivered in 2 days...yes it was £20 more but definitely worth it.....I will be claiming back on my credit card too...
Honestly avoid this company.....

I give 1 star because I can't give 0. I had a very negative experience with MyTires. I ordered two tires, but they sent me an invoice for one, even though they charged me for two. I contacted them by email since that was the only option, but received no reply. Then, on Saturday, a courier delivered one tire and one invoice. I asked about the second tire, messaged them again—no response. I called them, no answer. Today, a week later—Tuesday—I finally got through. I spoke to an AI, since no one else was available. The AI confirmed two tires were ordered and charged, but then said everything was fine—one tire arrived, and the payment was correct, despite being charged for two. I reached out again via WhatsApp, explained the issue, and the person told me he couldn’t see the problem. He said they only charged £64 for one tire. I sent him my PayPal confirmation with the transaction number, but he claimed it was false, saying they only took £64—no more. They refuse to refund or send the second tire. So, I warn you all—if anyone from MyTires is listening, I have full evidence of what happened, and I urge them to contact me now. I will not be dealing with this company any longer. This is not the first time. Once, they lost a tire entirely, and another time, they delivered it far too late—I waited two weeks when I needed them urgently. I do not recommend them at all—if you need tires, buy them anywhere else. This company has truly gone downhill. I absolutely do not recommend them—100% avoid!

AVOID

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

Feel like a complete lemon; wish I’d read the reviews on Trust Pilot before I placed my order.

The reviews here sum up everything I have experienced, from the original order placement 6 weeks ago to cancellation of the original order on the day it was originally due for delivery back in March, and the raising of a second order without explanation. I eventually did receive a response to my online complaint and was told that the 4 tyres would arrive ‘very soon’. Two days later I received confirmation of the order tracking via DPD with an estimated delivery of 14th April. 14th April is here and I have received no updates from DPD so contacted their customer helpline where I entered the parcel number provided on MyTyres invoice; but DPD said that they hadn’t received the order and that I should contact MyTyres again. (Very suspicious)

Like other reviewers here I too used MyTyres about 4 years ago and the experience was brilliant, but today’s operation is shambolic and the company is knowingly accepting payment for goods that they know cannot be delivered. Will now contact the credit card company to dispute the purchase as I suspect, that based on similar reviews, this is a scam.

Totally rubbish company

Totally rubbish company. I have ordered tyre. It says 3-4 working days delivery. But after 2 days i receive email that delivery date will be after 10 days. That's a big joke. Never go on this shop again. And not recommend to anyone. No chance to speak with someone in customer service. Company is scammers.

Failed to deliver and refund

Ordered a pair (i.e. 2) of trackday tyres (Yokohama A052's) for my Lotus Exige. My Tyres decided to split the order ans supply the tyres from different warehouses. Only received one tyre and they cancelled the order for the second tyre (as I assume they do not have stock, not listed on their website anymore).

I have tried all channels (phone, email, live chat on website etc.) to contact My Tyres, But unable to speak with anyone.

They have not full filled my order and I require a full refund, not a partial refund as a single tyre is of no us to me.

I will be pursuing a full refund through PayPal as I have not received what I ordered.

Avoid this company at all costs.

I have since ordered the tyres from a reputable company, such as Tegiwa or Demon Tweeks

NOT UK supply - Zero support and non delivery (YET)

NOT UK supply - I am still waiting for 2 of the 4 tyres ordered. They said 2 to 4 days delivery and were in stock. 2 weeks later I get a shipping notification and find out they are coming from overseas and are in customs.

Avoid this dishonest company. Awful experience with zero customer support.

Genuinely my worst online shopping…

Genuinely my worst online shopping experience. Paid for 4 tyres on 5th March, estimated delivery time was 5-7 working days. No progress until 12th March, when they send me an invoice for the tyres I've already paid for in full. When I receive this I request a delivery status report where it says they're on their way to their "regional distribution centre". Yet when I check the delivery tracker on their site it says the package has been delivered. Then nothing until 18th March when I receive an email "Your order has been cancelled". Right... this is where I'm getting really frustrated. On top of all this, they make it very difficult to contact any actual real person. You call them and it says to contact their live chat, their live chat is just a bot until you jump through hoops to get put through to a real person. When I request a delivery status now it says the estimated delivery time is 26th March. I wait and I wait... 26th March rolls around, again, nothing. After speaking to their customer service live chat on and off for several days, I just give in and request a cancellation of the order a full 4 weeks after I placed the order on 2nd April and I've only just been issued my refund as of today on 11th April.

All in all, this company are a complete and utter scam. They take your money and sit on it, even if they don't have the ability to deliver your items. They don't have the infrastructure to operate and should be shut down, just look at the other recent reviews. If I wasn't somewhat capable with a computer then I wouldn't have seen a single penny back or any remorse from them. They don't reply to anyone on here and if there's one bit of advice I can give, it is, AVOID THEM ENTIRELY. Spend the extra £10-£20 and shop elsewhere.

Not worth the risk on randomly possibly receiving tyres

Ordered tyres through them because it showed as tyres available. Two weeks later they hadn’t arrived and I got an email saying the order was cancelled and they created a new one. After another week still no tyres so I initiated a refund claim. I was told it had been processed but nothing after another two weeks. Managed to talk to customer service through WhatsApp but they just run you around in circles and have differing information on what is being done. Also, as the tyres don’t come from the UK, their courier company has very poor tracking.

My tyres were mysteriously supposedly delivered the day after I asked for a refund but my tyre fitter didn’t receive anything and mytyres can’t provide a signed acceptance proof of delivery. They’re asking me to check with neighbouring businesses to see if they were delivered to someone else but at the same time they insist that the courier information is correct which should mean they were delivered to my tyre fitter so how can a neighbour possibly have them!

I wouldn’t say they are a scam operation but definitely only lip service customer services and perfectly happy to take your money and wash their hands of it afterwards. Still waiting for my over £1000 refund

Said 2 days, but then advised 2+ weeks

Ordered tyres on a 2 day delivery, it took the 2 days for them to simply respond to say they were preparing the order! Then that the tyres would be 2 weeks.....

Clearly this is no good when you need tyres urgently, so I tried to cancel, you fill out a form, get an acknowledgement by email with a link to click to confirm the cancellation - but that link is broken and doesnt work. So you call up and get a terrible automated bot that doesnt recognise order numbers.

All in a terrible experience.

Extreme delayed delivery, no response from them

Tyre was shown as in sock with 1-2 working day delivery time. This was 10 days ago and according to the tracking information nothing has been received by the delivery company yet. Contacted support via email to cancel the order last week and have had no response. I've now had to go and buy a tyre elsewhere as I was relying on the tyre being delivered within 3 working days (Still longer than their estimate)

You’re wasting your time. Don’t order!

3 weeks delivery and when they did arrive completely wrong tyres. Customer service non existent. No telephone number just a chat bot. Totally useless. Had to recover the cost of my tyres through my credit card company.

No tyres after FIVE weeks.

No tyres after three weeks.
I have paid as PayPal shows money in their bank, yet say they have not been paid. Stated my order cancelled. I have no idea what to do. I have even emailed the ceo but it is still a mess. After reading other 1 stars I wish I had seen these. I normally only use this site to do a 5 star if company has done well. I feel so sad to have to write a 1 star. Sorry Mytyres, but you have been awfully difficult to deal with. Addition, now after 5 weeks, I have had to involve PayPal to get anywhere. Awful, so my advice is NEVER EVER use this company in the UK if you need tyres. They are probably OK back home in Germany but for UK, NO Never. I just hope I will actually get my money back. I wait with hopeful anticipation.
