I have so much respect for this business. I first followed their social media and saw they really work with farmers in Philippines. So I decided to try their Ube. I am sold and they have me as a customer for a very long time. PS: I had a question, and I was surprised to get a reply from the business owner. It's a small family owned business.

I was hesitant
I wasn't sure about all the hype about this product, but pleasantly surprised.
I am located in Austria, it took 5 days to deliver. It was well packaged, product seemed fresh. I used it for morning latte for about a week now and I love the taste, it has a vanilla and hazelnut after taste and really remind me my experience in Philippines. I already ordered again.

Shipping was quick! I love the company and the owners are fantastic! I love making a hot ube latte with milk and then frothing some cream with the Ube and sweetener as a topping. I use it in my matcha lattes and it makes them so beautiful and healthy if you use it as a topping in your cold foam. Ube is slightly sweet on its own but some people might like sweetener added. Sometimes I add sweetener, sometimes I don't. Fantastic product and company!

Items took a little while but understandable since products are freshly harvested. Well packaged and great tasting. Customer service was there when needed. Will order again in the future.

The shipping was fast and when I placed my order I wanted to change the quantity. I reached out and they were fast in responding and very accommodating.

I’m very disappointed with my experience with Ube Bae.

My order was marked as “delivered” according to the tracking, but I never received the item. I immediately contacted their support team, and they said they would look into it. After following up, they informed me they would send a replacement.

However, when I asked for a tracking number for the new shipment, I never received one. I sent another follow-up email more than a week ago and still haven’t gotten any response.

I order online frequently, and this is the first time I’ve ever had an item marked as delivered that I never actually received. The lack of communication and follow-through has been extremely frustrating. I hope they improve their customer service and response time in the future. And hoping to get a refund for this!

I never very rarely leave a review, however, this needed to be said and give credit. I don't understand the bad reviews, because I feel we talk about a complete different company.

I agree the delivery took a long time (2 weeks in my case). However this was clearly explained in the about us page. I had purchased Ube from 3 different companies, and it's never a real Ube, most of the time it's sweet purple potatoe, or colorant. The owner of Ube Bae deals directly with farmers in Philippines and they only process and package the product when they receive an order to keep it as fresh as possible, and that is what takes long in shipping process.

I don't mind waiting a little to make sure I get the real product and receive it fresh instead of ordering a package that is sitting on the shelf ready to be shipped from an Amazon warehouse.

Aria the owner answered my email within few minutes when I had some questions about the product. That is the advantage of dealing with a small business, and they got me as a customer for life!

Was not impressed. It took about
A month to deliver. The taste was so bland. No flavour . Gave me stomach pains.. They actually have NO comments on their profile . Which made me question why

Still don’t like the taste and customer service asked me for to either deleted the is post or edit it . I edited my original post and only included my personal opinion.
