Awful Communication
Great products, but awful communication and customer care. No way to call or email customer service when the parcel doesn’t turn up. Just a messaging service that takes ages to reply.
In the end, they let me have the products foc, but I’d have preferred transparency and proper communication. No doubt My Vegan will respond asking me to log in to my account and exchange messages. No, that’s mad and unnecessary. You’ve got my email address. Just send me an email from an email address to which I can respond. Treat customers like humans, not robots. Shame.

Money illegally taken from my Bank Account.
When buying products from Myvegan I was unknowingly signed up to 'Complete Save'.
I did not fill in any form or submit my credit card or bank details to Complete Save.
Complete Save accessed my bank account and withdrew £18 each month.
I was undergoing treatment for an illness at the time and had not picked up on these withdrawals from my bank account. My bank account was accessed illegally many times and money was taken.
Myvegan must take full responsibility for allowing this fraud to take place within their website.
I can only conclude that Myvegan are fully complicit with this fraudulent activity and therefore THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED and ARE NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE.
What is the point of saying "Can you please respond to the message that has now been sent to you via your TrustPilot account" when you have not sent a message to my TrustPilot account other than copied and pasted the message that you left here.
What an utter waste of time.

Taste of the product compared to competition, 4/5 a little more artificial. Otherwise palatable.
Since I was gonna buy without the discount before being offered, I will purchase again though the customer service doesn't seem as good as the ordering to delivery process.

I very much trust and enjoy MyVegan’s products. They do sales often so I like to stock up on my favourite products. Delivery time is always good. Haven’t quite got the hang of their delivery price structure - sometimes I get it free for small orders, sometimes I don’t. But overall I think it’s the best range of products for vegans wanting to increase protein intake.
