Great service !
The despatch is very quick , i had ordered the wrong flavour by mistake , I saw the order was being processed . I sent a message but thought it too late , however when delivered to my surprise it had been amended so quickly . Great products and very quick delivery service .
I would definitely recommend .

The best company for fitness products I have ever dealt with. My Vegan and My Protein have the best value for money and all the products you could think of. Was also upgraded to next day delivery for no reason - what a lovely surprise.

Atrocious customer service
Atrocious customer service. Placed an order Wednesday 25th Sept with standard 2-3 working day delivery. It was scheduled for delivery Saturday 28th, received confirmation on Thursday 26th it was dispatched, Saturday it never arrived, Sunday it never arrived, EVRI confirmed it had lost the parcel and nothing more they could do. Reached out to MyVegan to be told they can't do anything until Thursday 3rd October because "that's still within the delivery window" - not sure how they work that out. They hide behind their keyboard 'chat' function and refuse to pick up the phone. I had to leave the chat to join a meeting so I requested they send me an email advising how my complaint was going to be resolved, they sent an email from a 'no-reply' email address. Absolutely shocking customer service. Have spent literally £100's of pounds with this company over the years, I won't be spending another penny.

Good value for money and helpful customer service
I've been buying MyVegan products for years, the price is really good and products are tasty. Recently, I had an issue with delivery and they were very helpful and immediately sorted the issue for me.

Good choice of products
Update 3/12/24 normally I buy off myvegan and I saw an offer on the app. Do I went to buy some stock using that offer advertised but the code wasn't valid. Contact customer service who said the code was invalid expired but the app has not been updated. Not good enough....hence I cancelled the order and bought from Amazon instead.
Good choice of products, app easy to use. Offer some good discount, Which is very important as it can be expensive. I like the clear protein, some great flavour.
