Very quick on the post. And the selection of goodies... oof, I have Vegan chocolate due to being lactose intolerant, so i remember what the 'proper' stuff tastes like, but the options in this hamper are tenfold better. I'm just sad i ate them so quick.

Parcel was left out in the rain & contents spoilt for a Christmas present. Zero aftercare after contacting.

Ordered a hamper as a Christmas gift and it never arrived. I have tried to contact the company to resolve however I can not find a phone number and I have not had a reply from their online contact form or facebook messenger.

I ordered the dirty cow hamper and was left unknowing if it had been dispatched for 5 days!
I contacted them to find out the dirty cow liqueur was out of stock but they could send prosecco as an alternative.
I can get vegan prosecco anywhere and is not really the treat of something different that I was hoping for.
It was being left hanging with no communication that was the issue, I was happy to wait once I knew where the order was at.
I then received the hamper that day with the alternative (prosecco) 🙄
The other items were lovely and it was well packed, just disappointed to get an alternative 😕

This was a gift so it's not something I saw with my own eyes. However it looked like a real feast of snacks and drinks and feedback from the recipients was great and really enthusiastic. I'm not vegan but it looked like a lovely hamper and something I'd buy for myself. Also very prompt delivery. Thank you.

Although the package took a while, I was quite satisfied. The snacks were expertly chosen! They did appear to be smaller than expected but perhaps I didn’t check the image properly.

Great gift for vegan brother

This was a gift to cheer someone up. I was surprised at how much was in the hamper, the variety and amount. Really nicely boxed and decent value.

Initially there was a long delay as the hamper had not turned up. This was rectified when I contacted the company and the recipient of the gift was very pleased with everything.

Recipient was very happy with the letterbox hamper

I paid extra for next day delivery, but it wasn't delivered until the day after that. When I queried this I was told that as I'd ordered late morning this was past the cut off time for next day delivery. I wondered then why this option was still available on the site, as it is misleading. I only used the site because it had next day delivery. I can't review the product as it arrived after I'd left.

Bought as a gift for my vegan friend. It was delivered on time, with a telephone call to confirm. Loads of quality products and she loved every one. Very impressed.

I ordered the snackvent hamper. I like the fact it is in plain packaging, 24 numbered packets with a snack for each day. All vegan despite day 1 being called Peking duck crisps! All have been tasty so far
