They are a SCAM DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. You are better off getting DAT LOADBOARD you pay $400 to not get any loads. They have no trial period, and lie about how often you get routes. Maybe one every 3 months. THEY ALSO THREATEN YOUR BUSINESS IF TOU SAY YOU WRITING A REVIEW OF YOUR EXPERIENCE. HORRIBLE COMPANY
UPDATE :8/26 The company has written a response to my review, and all the while my company wasn’t removed; because I never was a customer for these Scammers! To totally make up a lie about late delivers is absurd. A close knit friend of mine I work with was a customer who is a Male! I am unsure of who Myesha is but that’s very tasteless, bold, and unprofessional to name and call out yet another unsatisfied customer. You are proving why not to sign on with you guys. If Myesha is a real person I would sue for defamation of character.
Update:8/27 MYVIRTUALVLEET erased their comment on how they lied on review to look good and defamed their paying customers. I took a screen shot. In case the customer who name they defamed has seen and need the information! myvirtualfleet should be reported to BBB!

Do not use Virtual Fleet
Do not use Virtual Fleet. They are not PCI compliant. They are asking customers to fill out a form and send them your credit card information. That is the easiest way to HAVE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION COMPROMISED.. The service is complete crap. Please read reviews on the web before engaging in business with them.

We send out a pdf file for your credit card information. We encourage you to use Docusign Docuhub,Adobe and any other PCI compliant program to send in your paperwork.
We destroy any credit card information that is received. We are PCI compliant and are audited every 6 months .
Scam
It barely works. If you want to unsubscribe, they ask you to write an email. They wrote that they stopped charging and kept charging afterwards. If you ask them more times, they ignore you. Be aware and careful.

You cannot join our system without a live demo. In the demo we show you live Carriers bidding on loads and live Carriers getting loads. If you bid too high or you have a terrible safety score you will have difficulty getting loads.
All cancelation must go to admin@myvirtualfleet.com to protect you our customers.
You cannot cancel by voice mail or text message. All of this is explained ,disclosed and signed in the take on agreement.

I had some issue and concerns about the site a couple days after signing up. Sam invited me to come back to a demo and walked me thru the process and explained it. I received a ton of emails with loads. I won two bids on my first try. Not a scam, just have to be patient. Take your time and learn the PROCESS, because it is a PROCESS. You must take the initiative as a business owner.

Not worth the headache
We onboarded with my virtual fleet back in December. We watched the demo, went through everything and tried using the system. We were never able to book any loads and for the first month never recceived any emails from any brokers. Called them and they said we were using the system wrong and had to email brokers directly. Had to sit through the demo again (which is just Sam outline the system and pulling up loads and showing you the script, but never exactly how to get in touch with these brokers). So went about trying to use the system again but to no avail. We never got anything from this load board and when you try to ask for help, theyre rude and talk over you and treat you like you're stupid. It was a waste of money for us and I honestly believe this is a scam at this point.
