I received this product in August of 2025, I tried to use it many times over the next week but I could never get one of the 4 electrodes to sufficiently work. I emailed the company and was told that they could not give me an RMA to return the merchandise because they were too busy and that they would get back to me. I tried to be patient and continued to correspond with support for a couple of months and they continued to tell me they were so swamped with other people requesting returns that they couldn't give me an RMA so that I could return the product AS GUARANTEED. This product is CRAP and the company is a FRAUD!

Stress always show up in my neck and shoulders.
I started using the relaxation mode before bed and it actually helps me wind down.
The heat and the gentle pulses make the muscles around my neck feel much less tight

I like that it's very simple. Three buttons and that's it. It automatically shuts off after 10 minutes which is nice because you don't have to think about it. My neck feels much more flexible when turning my head.

My daughter bought this for me after I kept complaining about migraines that seem to start at the base of my neck. I was nervous about the electrical stimulation but starting on a very low level made it comfortable. After using it consistently for a couple of weeks, I’ve noticed my neck feels less tight and I’m getting fewer headaches.

I had bought a cheaper massager online before and it basically did nothing. This one actually feels like the EMS therapy clinic. Once you figure out the modes, it works really well

I’ve been using the MagicPro for about three weeks now. The biggest difference I’ve noticed is that the stiffness I usually feel in the morning is much better. I usually use it once in the evening and sometimes again in the morning.

At first I thought the device was broken because it didn’t vibrate like a normal massager. Then I realized it uses electrical pulses like the therapy devices they use in physical therapy. Once I adjusted the intensity correctly, it started loosening the muscles in my neck and shoulders. I drive long hours for work and my neck gets extremely stiff. This has helped more than I expected.

I’ll be honest, I was skeptical at first. I’ve tried neck pillows, chiropractors, and even a TENS unit before. My neck gets extremely tight and it triggers headaches and sometimes dizziness. After using the MagicPro for about two weeks, I noticed the muscles at the base of my skull finally started relaxing. I use it every morning before work and again in the evening. It’s not a miracle cure, but it definitely helps with my daily neck tension.
I highly recommend it
