This platform has lost all its credibility, what a once so good platform has collapsed.

I left due to false surveys that will screen you out.

A once a good platform has called due to poor customer service and deceptive surveys design to collect personal data and refusing to reward completed tasks.
Unbelievable

I am so glad they got below 2 score because they are not an honest platform.

I regret joining this along with my friends I since referred though they since left long time ago

I've answered the daily email every day for seems like months but probably just a month.

Today for example, chance to get 100 points.

Click on the link, exactly the same questions as yesterday,

I got 20 points as I didn't qualify for any serveys.

In a month, I've qualified for zero serveys, I've never qualified for any serveys on this site. Basically it's pure time wasting. I get 20 points a day for telling them the same answer every day.

They get 1 star cos they do have pretty good customer service. I emailed them and they got back to me pretty quickly with quite helpful-ish advice, but ultimately, didn't change anything.

Basically they're only interested in things I'm not. Like I boycott anything bbc, so I actively avoid them, these basically only interested in the bbc with one or two others put in for 'balance'.

This is the hardest to even get a survey done. I receive emails from them to do one and I'm always "Not Qualified" so I'm done with this because when you're constantly being turned down then no point for me to stick around

It is a company that operates using the scam to allow you to complete and submit the entire questionnaire and at the end not pay you the reward by telling you vaguely "that your answers were rejected due to quality control".

Fraud.You answer every single time a lot of questions and even if you complete a half hour surveys they don't give you your reward.And customer service is really bad too.Even if you ask for your completed surveys rewards they pretend they can't find survey's id.

I pushed 1 star, because I can t push 0. It s only lost time. Take care!

I can't login to my account to see my rewards, i get surveys and i when get to answer half of it it redirects me to another survey and so on and i get only time lost.

Please be careful when you accuse someone of being untruthful. I am an honest person, and it was very hurtful to be told I was not. I also had my balance deleted.

I have been a panelist and I have received numerous surveys that paid instantly,the interface is smooth. I have redeemed via gift card and made real purchase with my incentive. Yes My voice is not scam,it's legit and i am a Nigerian,been a panelist for years.

Pretending to pay you for completing surveys, you need to answer tons of questions again and again. Almost every survey I want to start has a) an invalid link, b) is already complete or 3) doesnt exist. Even after telling you "the system is searching another survey for you", it does direct you to the next survey which is useless. You have to answer questions about age, gender, income, children, household etc. and it feels like its just a scam. You give a lot of answers, but wont get paid.

The site does not pay after redeeming the amazon card
It was written that it would arrive within 3 working days, but after two weeks the card was accepted and was not sent. When I contacted the site's support, my account was blocked
