the collaboration is perfect but …

the collaboration is perfect, no problem. If the problem with replying to emails could also be fixed, everything would be perfect. I have sent some emails for over 4-5 weeks and even now I have not had an answer.

Smooth transitioning

Smooth communication before seeing the car. All info is provided upfront. Easy to connect and open to all questions. Condition of the car was as shown on pictures. Good value for money.

Maybe good to provide a bit more transparency on car history to the consumer upfront. In our case it was imported from Germany but noticed on the documents after purchase.

Delivery was not on time as agreed.

Would recommend MyWay to others.

Where is the advertised customer service ?

We bought a "like new" Polo of 6.000km with a broken piece in the air conditionning system.

But as we took more than 6 months to notice it, because the water was accumulating slowly in the passenger floor, it was out of the warranty period and we got no reparation nor any help to afford the 1000€ reparation costs.

The only thing we got is a "free inspection" to check if that damage was caused by an accident that happened some months before we purchased the car and that has never been communicated to us during the selling process.

It's scandalous for a professionnal seller, many individual sellers are more honnest than they are.
