Be careful.
I asked for a quote but simply received a reply from fast glass autoglazing stating they were not quoting for my area, not sure the point in replying only to state they are not interested. I was asked to leave a review and told it was posted, my negative one star review is nowhere to be seen on the site. Do I really want to use the services of a company that are only willing to show positive reviews, surely if you are willing to stand by your product you take responsibility when the experience is not great ? If you do reply please don’t just state I could have phoned and please explain how you manage your reviews, looking back on here I’m not the only one.
Ok so I see the reply but you failed to answer the question on why only positive reviews are shown on your site. Your own wording on your website is.
“Only verified users who've requested a quote through myWindscreen are invited to leave reviews, so we can be sure that they know what they're on about!” I requested a quote, was asked to leave a review, and you are still not showing it. With respect that makes a complete mockery of your reviews, you’re simply filtering out anything you don’t want to show.

Mark, I'm sorry to hear that you never received a no-obligation quotation.
In this case the technician stated they are currently not quoting for your area. The technicians will take time out of their busy schedule to respond to all quote requests whether they can cover your area at the time or not. We feel it is nice for the customer to be kept informed either way.
I understand your frustration and we are doing our best to cover every town and city in the UK even during the COVID pandemic.
