I asked for a quote to replace the glass windows in my car , one of their agent took the job and give me a quote , when I contacted him he told me that it was a mistake and asked for an extra 200 pounds so I accept to pay but he asked me to pay the glass in advance which I did, and the day when he supposed to fit my windows he contacted me telling me that his supplier send him only 4 pieces and I have to wait for a couple of days for the other 3pieces , but for the second time he text me that he can't do the job because he couldn't find the 1/4 windows , so I asked him to fit at least the one he got , unfortunately he stopped answering my messages and following day he ask my account to refund the money without any answers or explanation.

Needed a repair to my windscreen which had a chip. James from All Clear windscreen chip repair got in touch. He was very prompt (came out early Monday morning) and was so helpful. Would certainly recommend him.

Filled all the form in reply they are 5 fitters in my area absolutely nothing back from them! then sent an email today asking me to review so I will rubbish don’t bother
So after the review I received an email from my windscreen offering me a contact to replace the windscreen 5 days after submitting my details and already changing my windscreen through national windscreen, then all of a sudden they write a reply to my review stating we offered me a quote nice covering of your backs guys
4.43 pm I received the email yesterday for a repair after submitting it on Saturday, the email for the review came through at 2.36 pm and also if you check your records you will see that my wife put a similar request in on Saturday for the same car and also received a request for a review yesterday but no offer for any work yet but she hasn’t put a review on trustpilot yet though
So why ask for a review of her?

Posted my problem online and they called me within an hour , pricing was great and they came out to do it the next day. The man turned up on time and was lovely , and walked me through aftercare when he was done .
Would 1000% recommend them to anyone

Absolutely brilliant service. Had a few quotes, chose the cheapest fastest service, and they even came out to me to fix. Very good price (£45), saved loads from going to autoglass, and way more convenient!! Very impressed!
