Had a worktop installed in July. Cannot fault the sales or installation experience - first class.

However the product is terrible. A quartz worktop is renowned for its dtsin resistance. the worktop i got was not from a top name brand, but i was assured it was as durable as the others and that all quartz countertops were created equal. nothing could be further from the truth. we are very careful with our worktop, but this one stains easily and the stains cannot be removed. We are so disappointed with the worktop - it ruined our kitchen

Amazing customer service by the Rob and Sean. They answered my many questions with great patience. They were efficient, punctual, polite and fitted the worktop around our kitchen installation schedule. Highly recommend!

Damaged my kitchen fronts when installing worktops and didn't acknowledge it until after we contacted them when we noticed. They have offered to pay for replacements but have failed to transfer the funds - it's been four months. Cutting of worktops was poor and didn't match the templating they had carried out - not straight, gaps too wide etc. Even had to cut into one of our walls to make one surface fit. Worktops are Corian and one of them has bowed too. Have raised several complaints with them in writing via email but they have ignored all correspondence.

We’ve had excellent support and service from this company, Sean has been a pleasure to deal with, always answers questions/queries promptly, and Adam and team did an excellent job templating and fitting. We’re delighted with the end result, and the price was very competitive. Excellent after sales service too. Would definitely recommend this company.

We received a fantastic service from Sean/Rob and the team. Not only did they work with us to choose the best color of Corian for our kitchen, but the finish was absolutely impeccable. We are so pleased with the end result and cannot recommend myworktops.co.uk enough. The product is excellent and cost wise its very similar to granite.

Very happy with my Corian worktops

We have just done a renovation of an old mill building and we found My Worktops online. There prices seemed really competitive so we contracted them to install 6 kitchen worktops with bowls and drainers. They came to site when agreed and did template's for three of the kitchens (the others weren't ready for templating) returning with the Corian. We were more than satisfied with the product and the fitters were professional and helpful. We then had the issues of the lock down and in truth that is where my worktops most impressed us. They moved heaven and earth to help us with our deadline and I can only thank Rob and Sean and the other fitters for such great service

Could not recommend more . Came out same day that I called them , To template the job after I was let down by another company , then came to fit exactly one week later , they put roll and stroll down to protect my floors and even had Pavarotti playing whilst they did the installation ..magnificent job , thanks guys

Sean at MyWorktops smoothly guided us through the process of choosing, measuring and templating. He made the process unbelievably easy - I had been expecting a very impersonal approach by choosing an online company, but I couldn't have been more wrong. I spoke to Sean several times on the phone, and he helped me choose all aspects of our worktops, advising where I could make savings. He also accommodated our timing needs very flexibly, working round all the other building jobs going on in the house at the same time! We are delighted with our choice of the Antarctica Corian - it has a beautiful grained appearance, which gives the plain white surface some depth. The price of the installation was extremely competitive, and we were confident we couldn't have done it cheaper elsewhere with such a personal touch and amazing result. We have recently purchased new quartz worktop
from Myworktops and absolutely delighted with the product. The customer service form start to finish was excellent, with lots of great support from Sean throughout the entire process. Created the finishing touch to our kitchen and has added the wow factor - had thought about quartz but the corian looks amazing especially with the moulded upstand. Excellent communication from Rob of Myworktops throughout and one minor fitting issue resolved quickly.
