Its a fake. bad experience because app is not worked i did not receive my parcel i tried many times and other person take my parcel its not fair ! who is responsible !

YOU HAVE TO GET THE APP CALLED NÆRBOKS! I stood outside for 30min trying to figure out how to make it work through the PostNord app, because that's the app the SMS I received was telling me to get. Only after googling it myself did I find the correct app! And there was another person having the same problem as me, they had no idea about the secondary app either!

Some work well, some do not work at all!…
The first couple times I had good experience with Nærboks inside Lidi supermarket. It was easy.
But the Nærbok outside FAKTA does not work at all. I have tried a couple a time during a week, but can not get connection through the APP. From bluetooth I can see there are 2 swipboxs identified. There are 2 boxs standing next to each other. I have tried to place the phone close to each of the boxes, restart telephone, but nothing works for this nærboks. My package is still inside the box.
Can customer service opens the box remotely? Otherwise I don't know how can the customer service help me.
There must be a technical problem for this specific box.
