Photos show something completely different to what you will receive! Cheap awful cloth, cut terribly! AI I’m sure is involved in the website photos!
ONCE you get the clothes you CAN NOT return! I had photos of the order, delivery confirmation and they still after trying and emailing 5 people at NA KD they still said no order found! Even though I have the terrible Chinese clothes and paid £170! They won’t let you return, they offer money off to keep them and state it’s expensive for the customer to return!!!! This site must be closed down!!!! I’m sure it’s just a sweat shop in china with bogus England/Euro fake address !!!!

Winter-boots that split in half. Simply terrible quality, when the sole literally split in half after having been used sparsely. The price certainly does not reflect the quality here. It is shameless to be selling shoes at such high prices with such extremely low quality. Not that I expected much, but soles literally splitting in half is simply unacceptable. Avoid this company at all costs as it is borderlina fraud.

The delivery was very fast. My order arrived in just four days, which was great and definitely a positive experience.
Out of the three items I ordered, two fit well and were exactly as expected. I ordered two pairs of jeans in the same size, following the size guide provided on the website. One pair fit perfectly, while the other did not fit at all, despite being labeled as the same size.
This made the sizing feel inconsistent and unclear. Since I relied on the measurements provided, I had no reason to expect such a difference between two items of the same size.
I picked up the package as soon as it was ready, tried everything on immediately, kept the items in perfect condition, and prepared the return right away. I understand that the website does state a return fee of 59 DKK, but in this situation it felt unfair to have to pay it when the issue was related to unclear sizing rather than personal preference.
As a recommendation for future customers: keep in mind that there is a 59 DKK return fee, and make sure to double-check sizing carefully. If you are unsure about the fit, it may be better not to order, as sizing consistency is not guaranteed.
Overall, this experience highlighted the importance of having clear and reliable size information. Paying a return fee due to unclear sizing was the main issue for me, and something I believe should be taken into account.

They charge you a 59kr return which I was aware but then when reading the stipulations more clearly, they then charge an extra 10kr per article if you return more than 3 items. Strange and cheap behaviour from a company that has very varying sizing

Very helpfull with chance of price on item. I had just bought a jacket but in the wrong size. When I had to change the size the prize was now double up. They changed the prize so that I could buy another size but with the same discount

I think it's really unfair that Nakd think it's ok to charge customers for returning items. Deducting £4.95 from refunds from people who purchase online when items can't be tried on is absolutely ridiculous!
I've also just noticed that items I had in my basket had disappeared and when i searched for them, there they were at a premium! It is utterly outrageous!
Finally I've just received a replacement item that has arrived in the same condition the item is was replacing came in. I literally give up!

Absolutely appalling, won’t issue my refund. They asked for proof which I have sent from the bank, was told it will be investigated and haven’t heard back since. Been chasing it since September 2025 and it is over £100!!!! Claiming to have sent me a refund, however I have provided proof from the bank along with a chargeback reference that the money was not received and was in fact sent back to the company

I haven’t received the scarf as the product description. So I directly raised the complaint through the website. The reply solution was deeply disappointed me because they want me to return to them and make a new purchase rather than send the missing scarf. It waste my time and also the cost to return it back. Is that the right solution that they can do so far?

I would never purchase from NA-KD again. I placed an order worth over £300, and it has not been delivered since 05/01. The parcel appears to be lost with Evri, and I am still waiting for a proper response or solution.
Instead of taking responsibility as the seller, I’ve been left chasing the courier with no clear answers. For an order of this value, the lack of urgency and customer care is completely unacceptable. Extremely disappointing experience.

I thought I would leave a review as I have placed 11 orders with NAKD now and feel I can give a credible opinion. I was nervous to order given the mixed bag of reviews here, however what I will say is the quality for the price is absolutely fantastic. I recently stocked up on quality basics such as alpaca sweaters and wool coats and for the price paid I’m very happy. During the sale I got an alpaca wool blend cardigan for £33.00 (with a high alpaca content I might add) An absolute bargain. I’ve been equally happy with other items I have purchased. There is a certain cool girl vibe with NA KD clothes that I just love and will keep returning. On the rare occasion I have needed to return an item I have had no issue other than the fact that yes, it does take longer than other stores. I always allow 4 weeks and it does get processed, but this is something I am willing to put up with for the quality, style and price. I am also prepared to live with the £4.99 charge for returns because I love the clothes so much and besides most of the time my order is free delivery using click and collect from my local garage so this makes up for it somewhat. If that is the price to try I’ll take it. I wanted to give a fair view and I realise that for some the refund process is too long but for me I will continue to be a long standing customer. I only knock off 1 star as the returns processing time could be better.

In the return process I have been waiting on a refund for 15 days now. Come on. You conform the return 15 days ago. Clearly NA-KD is trying to hold back money way longer than neccessary for liquidity reasons.

In April 2024, I bought two NA-KD maxi satin skirts in a size 10 (black and champagne). The quality was excellent — long length, beautiful drape, weighted fabric that flowed like water, and a very flattering fit.
In November 2025, I repurchased the same skirts in a size 12, expecting the same quality. Unfortunately, they were completely different. The skirts were much shorter, the cut had changed, and the fabric felt thinner and cheaper. They no longer hugged or draped on the body the way the originals did. I even compared them side by side and the differences were obvious.
What’s frustrating is that the price stayed the same while the quality clearly dropped. I understand sustainability changes, but this feels like a downgrade. Sadly, I had to return them.

I am extremely disappointed with this brand’s customer service.
I returned my orders at the beginning of December, and it has now been over one month, yet I still have not received my refund. I have contacted the company many times, but I have never received a proper answer or a clear timeframe for when my money will be returned.
What makes this even more disappointing is that I was a loyal customer before this experience. Unfortunately, the way this situation has been handled shows a lack of respect for customers. Waiting over a month for a refund with no clear communication is unacceptable.
Because of how poorly this has been handled, I no longer feel comfortable ordering from this brand again. This is a real shame, as I expected much better.
I am still waiting for my refund.
