Happy to never receive your order?

Do not order here unless you're happy to NEVER receive your order.
This shop claims that delivery time is 3-5 working days. Contacted the customer support after 10 days because there was still no delivery information. It took them 5 weeks to reply that my order page shows that standard delivery time is 2-3 weeks (wrong, there is no such information) and that their goods are currently stuck in customs.
The items I ordered are still available for order and the page still says 3-5 days delivery time.
Stop LYING to your customers. Don't sell goods you can't import.
I am reporting this shop as fraud to my credit card company.

I'm Waiting now for 3 months. Nothing arrived. No partial delivery. Nothing.
Only the hint not everything would be available now.
