I got my order FA252264 today and I'm satisfied
I ordered from you and I got it dirty. Unfortunately, after I washed it to see if the stains would come out, they were still there. I then contacted Nabira customer service, who only said that they had sold a thousand of them and that there had never been any complaints and that I could not return the laundry I had worn or washed or refund my money. (Even though I only washed it and didn't wear it. + The complaints only say that the item should be NEW and UNWORN!) I am appalled by the shop and am also reporting this to my lawyer.
I wish I came here before purchasing. I received someone else's order, so that's 2 customers who didn't receive their order. Hopefully I'll get a response since it's only been a few days, but I paid more than the cost of the item itself for international shipping and am very disappointed so far.
The abayas are sooo beautiful and also my packages always arrive so fast i ordered an abaya 3 days ago and today it arrived!! love it so much 🩷
I was waiting 2 months for my package. As an answer to my emails, i got said: "Sorry DPD ist not answering. Keep waiting" I waited 2 months and still nothing. So i called DPD and fortunately i could collect it.
They just should have called DPD.. Nabira is the most incompetent company i've ever seen. Never again.. the quality is also awful.
So no, thanks.
Unfortunately had bad service from this website. After one wash clothes ripped apart in machine and they stated on thier email they do not accept complaints. Basically sums the company up. Selling clothing to a specific market and then shunning the customers at the same time when there is an issue.
Terrible service. I wanted to return item. They replied after 3 days explaining the item has to be received by them within 7 days from the day of receive... in France.
But worst is that later I discovered, the item I wanted to return was defective (pocket of pants was not sewn together). I tried solving this because I was already too late to send the item back in time, but not even a reply this time. Never again...
This store does not deserve even one star. It is not recommended. Poor quality clothes. I payed about 175€. I ordered items of 100% cotton but to my surprise I received clothing made of 100% polyester and nylon. This is clear swindle in my opinion. As I contacted the customer service to send them back the items, they send me a huge list of return conditions. It's almost impossible for the customer to return the purchased items. Furthermore they informed me that I have to pay the return fees of 13,99€. Normally
they have to bear the return costs as they delivered me the wrong items fabric. It was the first time I ordered from this store and will be the last time too
