You advertise a pack of four but last time the pack had only 3 bikinis in it

This is, hands down, the best cotton boyshort I’ve found—and I say that after spending hours researching options.

I made my first purchase in February 2023 while preparing for a church trip, where I’d be sharing hotel rooms with someone I had never met. Full coverage was a must, and I was so relieved to find something that actually delivered. Over 31 months later, the original 12 pairs I bought are still in rotation. They haven’t stretched out, the waistbands still look and feel like new, and there’s been no noticeable fading. Out of all 12, only two needed a very minor seam repair—less than half an inch each. That’s pretty remarkable durability.

The fit is exactly what I was looking for. These come up to my natural waist with a wide, comfortable waistband that doesn’t roll down—even when sitting for 8+ hours. They also hit mid-thigh, which I love. For women whose thighs rub, I can imagine these being a great solution for chafing. That’s not a big issue for me personally, but the extra coverage still gives me comfort and confidence. For reference, I’m 5’7”, 199 lbs, and have an apple-shaped body—these fit like a dream.

One major bonus: Nabtos is the only brand I could find that makes 100% cotton boyshorts in this style with a proper insert in the groin area. That means the wings of menstrual or incontinence pads can wrap securely—something you’d think would be standard, but surprisingly isn’t. Another brand I tried (Underworks) didn’t include this feature, and their version was looser, baggier, and had almost no waistband support. Honestly, it’s baffling that more brands don’t consider the basic, practical needs of women.

Here’s another thing I truly appreciate: the full coverage isn’t just physical—it gives me peace of mind. My youngest son (22) still lives at home, and if he were to accidentally see me in these, it wouldn’t be awkward at all. They’re similar to bike shorts—modest enough that I could step outside in them, and no one would guess they’re underwear.

They also adjust beautifully with weight changes. I’ve gone from 222 to 199 lbs, and they’ve continued to fit comfortably and supportively through it all. And as someone on a health journey post-cancer, I’m committed to wearing only natural fibers—these 100% cotton boyshorts deliver on that front as well.

I’ve been so pleased with them that I’ve recommended them to my sister, and recently purchased some for my mother. She requires help getting dressed, and these offer her dignity and comfort during the process.
