Do not work with this company, use DHL directly
This is a predatory website which operates by boosting their advertised keywords higher than the organic DHL results in search engines for the actual mail redirect. They clearly target English speakers based on their sponsored keywords, and are obviously trying to take advantage of the stress we face while moving in a foreign country.
While it is a legitimate German company, it targets expats who aren't famliar with how much mail redirects should cost. They charge 3 times what DHL costs, however, they do handle the redirect request to DHL on your behalf, so you cannot complain or demand your money back.
Learn from my mistakes, and stay away from these parasites.

It is definitely a scam
It is definitely a scam - they fudge the SEO to be the first google search result, which is just peak 2024...
But to all the other recently duped people, I got the AGB in an email, and there they clearly write how to send a cancellation email - for me it worked immediately, got my money back pretty much right away.
