Legal action must be taken. Particularly because it is a service for foreigners that leave Germany and need the post forwarded

I also fell into the trap of the 89 EUR Nachsendeauftrag... luckily when Deutsche Post sends you the confirmation (within 2 working days) you realise that it's an "Abzocke" and you can cancel it quickly.
What a shady, shameless company.
It is a scam!! It costs 99€ for 12 months, instead of 26,90€ with the Deutsche Post. It appears on top of the Google search, that's the only reason why you arrive on this scam of a website!
