Not replying to my emails or messages and order is long overdue.

They never sent the product but they took the money. They do not respond either.

Clearly I should have checked the reviews beforehand. Absolute scam, money withdrawn and products not delivered, they don't reply to emails and i guess the only way to get the money back is to try via Finnish Consumer Authority. How a company can operate like this in EU is beyond me.

I wish I had seen these reviews before ordering. From what I see I might be lucky as I got my 3 kits order after 3 months. Had to file a complaint at European Consumer Centre though. LISTEN TO THESE REVIEWS, DON'T IGNORE THEM. STAY AWAY.

Absolute SCAM, avoid and don't order anything.
I ordered just one kit, got 2 emails saying they are delayed by some circumstances, now it's been more than 2 months and nothing. I tried contacting them, nothing. Total scam

Haven't received my order. It's been 2 months and no reply from customer support. It says that it's "still in production".
Filed a complaint with the Finnish consumer affairs.

Absolutely the worst company ever to deal with, very bad customer support and you will never get your product on time

I ordered 5 mushroom kits and it has been 4 months and I haven’t received anything. I haven’t gotten any actual information even though I have tried multiple times to contact the company. I feel like I’ve been scammed at this point. I’ve asked to cancel my order and not I’m not getting any response.

It seemed like a cool idea but AVOID this, try another.

Unfortunately, while I think this company has great potential, my experience specifically of their customer service has been very poor. The company uses a mailbot ('Karl Johan') that is literally their only point of contact for customer service. And being AI it is limited in the specific support that it can offer. My original delivery arrived 3 weeks later than the company's recommended longest wait time - and the mailbot offered no satifactory information.
And when I started having issues with my product at home (starting 12/02/25), the mailbot was only able to give vague replies. I couldn't attach images for analysis and so my product failed.
I have tried various different methods of getting a response from a real human (Facebook, Insta, other emails that might be correct) but nothing. Apparently, there's someone called Robin in the company - but that could also be a fake persona, who knows!
There is also no follow-up help in terms of showing when the mushrooms are ready to harvest, what problems to look out for, troubleshooting - as I've found out, they are not just 'plug 'n' play'.
So now (03/04/25) I am throwing my product out and I will not recommend Näckrosgården to anyone else.
Sometimes total automation will kick you in the butt!
