I had a wonderful experience with Nadine Merabi from start to finish. Everything was handled so smoothly, and I was very happy with the level of customer service I received.

Unfortunately, I had to return the items because they were too big. Rather than exchanging them and risking another size not fitting, I decided to return them instead. The return process was simple, and my refund was handled without any issues.

I absolutely love their clothing. The quality and texture are amazing, and the items look exactly like they do in the photos online, which is something I really appreciate. I only wish they had a physical store in California so customers could try on the pieces before purchasing.

A special thank you to Alex, who assisted me throughout the process. He was incredibly professional, detailed, and patient. He answered all of my questions, addressed my concerns about the refund, and made the entire experience stress-free.

I truly love this brand and hope to purchase from them again in the future. Thank you, Alex, for your outstanding customer service!

After a lot of contemplation I took the plunge and ordered the Saffron Floral Dress for a Mother of the Groom Outfit. Omg it is so beautiful I have never had so many people comment on my outfit before, it is complete perfection

Wow! I ordered my first dress; the quality is truly outstanding. The cut the fabric such a class. Moreover, I had a request to customer service, my email was answered within an hour! I already have my second piece on the way :))). Can't help it but love it!

Dress quality is great and was really happy to wear Nadine for my civil wedding! I had a minor issue with my order and the customer service team was so great at providing a quick and satisfactory resolution. Would definitely recommend for bridal looks especially!

The deign and quality of the products are excellent.
The customer service representatives are excellent, very polite and efficient.
The app is also good and the returns is okay but needs improving.

The negatives and improvements would be:
1. Ensure there is no disconnect between the app and the website. When processing a return the app said exchange size was not available yet Internet said there was, hence couldn’t use the returns portal fully and customer service had to intervene.
2. During return process there were a number of errors when trying to exchange for different size, error with card info and buying product at price purchased, this was resolved but the returns process should be able to cope and recognise the original purchase price and honour this.
3. In order for me to get the dress the size I wanted I had to return the item and then buy another all cause of the above problems. Not everyone has the funds to do this and on top of this it took over 10 days from posting to getting a full refund - this is extreme, as again not everyone has the funds available for this scenario.

If improvements are made it would save time and need for customer service reps to get involved.

Having being privy to top designers over the years, at a personal level...Fast forward, I am overwhelmed by Nadine Merabi's designs, quality of materials, superb stitching, details, whereby a piece of cloth is included in the garment, an extra button etc...
Excellence at every level. This brand encapsulates the integrity of true "couturiers" from the past, with the modernity of todays's mindset. I am totally obsessed with Nadine Merabi. Bea (Blanco) Bienvenida

I purchased from this site a few times and I was already extremely happy with the quality of their dresses but today I also had a great experience with their customer service. I ordered a dress 1 size too big, returned it, waited 10 days and notice I didn't receive my refund yet. I got in touch with them, my case was escalated and I immediately received a confirmation that my refund will be issued within the next few days (I will update my review if not). The team has been very polite, super responsive and it seems like my case was resolved in no time.

The worst customer care ever ! I don’t recommend this brand at all they are scam they shovel you expensive stuff and if you have any issue they never help you ! Do not waist your money on this evil brand ! I don’t know how to reply to Nadin Merabi ! You are sorry ! ? No that’s not enough help when your customers need assistance! When we shop online and we never got chance to wear or see the fit on our body , why we are not able to exchange it to our true size ? My outfit that I paid $570 is not fit and you guys not changing it for me !! Why ? Its like you stole $570 and you don’t care at all ! What am I supposed to do with the cloths thats not my size ?? Your items has fit problem specially on the breast ! Wtf is that !???
