I love the materials of the clothes. Nearly every piece I have purchased is soft and comfortable regardless of the style. The prices are affordable. The shipments are on time. Support responds quickly if you have questions or need to change something. Highly recommend the service !

I wish the clothes were more current and fashionable. I have loved a few things, but too many times I’ve been sent pants without pockets( which I have said on every feedback that I can’t wear) and I’ve been sent too many big, “ frilly” dresses and shirts.

This company is filled with stylists who know what is on point. I don’t always buy every item, but I often find items I would not have picked for myself that turned out to be perfect. I emailed them. They are so sweet. Real Southern hospitality.

Never an issue with Nadine
I love getting new outfits monthly. I don’t like to shop, so this is perfect for me. If I need time to try stuff on, I can email them and it’s always “no problem” they extend the time. If I need time to pay, I can email them and it’s always “no problem” they extend my payment date. I kept everything one time and I got an email asking if I needed more time, of course I responded with I kept it all, but it was nice that they checked before hitting me with the full bill. I never have problems that they can’t help me with. And if I have to pause, they allow me to pause and just check back via email if I’m ready to come back. No annoying phone calls. I highly recommend Nadine West.
