TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was sent a faulty bag, took them over a week to agree to pay for the return, originally they wanted me to pay for a return? I then had a to fight to get FREE shipping for a new bag, and once the original bag was returned, not only did they not refund me the originally shipping but also made me pay customs and duty. This is a money hungry company, terrible customer service, do not care about their customers and quite frankly their products aren’t worth it. They don’t care about smaller buyers just ‘instagrammers’. Stay well clear and buy the fakes on Amazon!

Beware

Beware, HORRIBLE customer service. I have been waiting on a return label (for my APPROVED return) for a week. I have also tried reaching out to the company via multiple platforms as well as sent numerous emails. Unfortunately, all I have heard is crickets. I’m incredibly upset and disappointed. On a side note, there is also an atrocious chemical smell coming from the purse. I do not recommend this company.
