STAY AWAY!!! DISHONEST SCAMMERS!!! Stole my money!!!
I collect all sorts of folk art. On an internet search, NAHUALCALLI turned up and I purchased an item from them on October 8 (order # 2049.) They use SHOP so I expected an honest business. All in all, paid MXN $1,399.00 for it (MXN$299 for the item, MXN$1,100 for shipping.)
I never heard from them after that! No follow up, nothing. I wrote them 5 times at least, and no reply. All I received from them the day that I placed my order was an automated message stating:
"¡Gracias por tu compra!
...estamos preparando tu pedido para enviarlo. Te notificaremos cuando haya sido enviado."
Never did, and this was 3 weeks ago; my messages inquiring where is my order went unanswered.
Next, I am going to contact SHOP's support to see what if anything they can do; if nothing, I will try to get a refund some other way.
This is here as a warning to anyone who may find them: DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING! THEY SEEM TO BE SCAMMERS AND TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DON'T EVEN FOLLOW UP WITH YOU!!!
