Huidverzorging zonder troep? Dan zit je goed bij Naïf! In 2013 werd het bedrijf opgericht door de jonge vaders Jochem en Sjoerd. Toen zij erachter kwamen dat er een hoop onnodige ingrediënten in babyproducten zitten, besloten ze dat het tijd was voor verandering. Inmiddels zijn veel ouders fan van de milde babyverzorging en plasticvrije billendoekjes en heeft Naïf daarnaast ook producten voor volwassenen, tijdens de zwangerschap en zonbescherming. Met ingrediënten van natuurlijke oorsprong, zonder misleidende claims en ingewikkelde woorden.

Never got my order

Very disappointing experience.

My order was supposed to be delivered to my home address, but no delivery attempt was made. The parcel was instead redirected to a pickup point around 40 minutes away by public transport.

I informed Naïf Care several times that I would not collect it and asked for confirmation of the return and refund.

After several emails, I still have no clear answer or refund confirmation.

Poor delivery handling and very disappointing customer service.

No delivery of ordered products

Ordered two sunscreens on June 8, with next day delivery advertised. Nothing has been delivered as of June 20, the ordered was marked as dispatched on June 9 but the DHL tracking number shows that DHL still has not received the package. No communication whatsoever from the company, even after writing to them. Asked for a refund but they are not replying to my requests.

Ordered products never arrived, no refund

I've ordered products, received an order confirmation but never gotten my products. When asking about it, they claimed they never received my order. After sending them all the details including order number and tracking info, they went silent.

Have been asking to receive a refund but I do not hear anything back anymore.

Don't be fooled by the sustainable image, it's all just a marketing trick.

Yuck

Yuck, first time i placed an order and my products are missing. Bad service, no customer support. Will never order again. I requested a refund and have yet to receive it. No products, no money back

Great products, bad customer service

Great kids products. I have always bought them via local resellers. However, when I tried to order directly from their site when they were running a 1plus1 promo, I was unable to get in touch with anyone when the code wasnt working (I have waited for a reply for 5+ days). That is either a case of very bad customer service or false advertising (the code didnt work).

Just to clarify: the 1+1 promotion was only valid in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and Austria, which explains why the code didn’t work in Czechia. We understand this may have caused confusion and will make sure to communicate this more clearly in the future.

Trustworthy and clean

Naïf manages — among late-stage capitalism companies — to remain decent and trustworthy. With a few exceptions, their products seem developed to minimise harm to our baby. We also like that they try to fight microplastics, especially when it comes to creams that go into contact with baby's skin. The web experience is quite good amd shipping was blazing fast (arrived the next day). I don't see why you'd buy their products from the tech bros. Lovely company.

I dislike the experience that some of the products i ordered in the end not available in my country. It supposed to be filtered from the beginning that people dont get confused.
