Customer Service should be improved
Their major challenge is customer service. They need to invest on their customer support so they can efficiently attend to people having challenges.
Most times they respond to queries very late and that can be very frustrating.
On a positive side, their services are affordable with relatively impressive Cpanel.
Their servers are fast: loads websites at proper speed but downtimes do occur once in a while but it is manageable and should be improved.
Finally, Naijawebhost is a work in progress but I suggest they invest on their staff especially customer service... If possible they should raise hosting prices. The ₦450 hosting can be raised to ₦800.

No regards for customer feedback, you pay for a service and you don't get your money's worth, you beg for response from customer care, they never pick up calls. I encountered issues with site builder and with over 2 weeks gone, they've refused to read or acknowledge it. For me It's a big scam,and I do not never plan to patronize them

Efficient and affordable
The hosting plan is very cheap with more services attached to it compare to others I know. I thought it was a trap but just decided to try it out. Lo and behold, their services are very fast, all their promises where fulfilled, their customer care are always ready to attend to questions. Their online payment are working well.
The last hosting site I used, if u try online payment the money will be lost, u have to do transfer and wait for like a day or more to be confirmed but in Naijahost once I made online payment my services was activated automatically in the middle of the night.
