Great Services but they're becoming unreliable
Their services are affordable and easy: each site comes with automatic SSL installation, you can pay for their hosting monthly which is good but they're currently having unstable Server problems. You can hardly sleep with your 2 eyes closed if you hosted your site with them; site goes offline and comes back again... Finally their customer support is extremely poor; takes them ages to respond. They need to make their servers more reliable and improve customer response rate.

Hello, unfortunately i'll disagree with you, when you purchase a new hosting plan and a domain name note that a .ng domain name propagation takes at least 3 hours to complete only after dns propation is complete will your website be accessible on the internet as per your domain http://miradanfx.com.ng/ its live now and your ticket has been attended to.

Non of our domains are receiving emails sent from outside source
Non of the domains created on our behalf are receiving message from order source. It can send and email will be received from other source but when the emails are replied it won't receive emails even after all our complaint and your assurance to rectify the issues but still no avail

Affordable but 😔
Their services are affordable, and good for hosting local site like wordpress and PHP, but if you are thinking of using it with modern application like Nodejs etc, is really not a good idea. . . . We've hosted three same application with the same setup. Suddenly one of the application got deleted, without knowing how, we deployed the application again and since then the application never work. (Showing 500 error) We contacted their support and they never reply.
Look for quality not affordable.

Access to cPanel is extremely…
Access to cPanel is extremely inconsistent - some time I can reach it, some other time I won't be able to reach, and this can take days. I keep getting errors that the device timed out. Your tech support could not resolve the problem. Is it a network problem? No one can tell me. Very frustrating!
In addition, no clear instructions or guidelines on how to access the web builder software promised. Nevertheless, I will keep trying to learn how to access the cPanel when is it available and the web builder tools. But let me say that I am disappointed with this purchase.
