Missing Items

I placed an order nailaidworks.com on August 17, 2025, with the order number #1010849 for 10 items. However, when the package arrived, it was incomplete. I received only 1 product and 1 free gift.

Despite multiple attempts, I have not received any response to my emails. I kindly request either the cancellation of my order along with a full refund to my credit card, or the immediate shipment of the missing items.
