Ordered an orange colour nail polish now over 5 months ago, sent them emails to say it’s not arrived and no response off them. I’ve looked them up and looked at there premises on Google street view and they says everything. There a cowboy outfit, bunch of low life scammers so be warned and don’t give them any money!!!!

If i could give them a zero i would do it , it's the most horrible webpage i've ever ordered from . I irdered something 1 month ago and i still haven't received it i've sent them milion emails nobody's responding !!! Don't ever order from them it's a scam !!

Ordered nail polish 4 weeks ago, have sent numerous emails and had no reply and no delivery. They definitely should not be able to advertise, they are a disgraceful company.

Awful. Ordered an item 4 weeks ago and have had no response from emails sent requesting information. Should have read the reviews before using the company.

Do not order. This company is a scam. Did not receive my item, emails not answered and phone number doesn’t even ring. Had to open a case with the bank to see if I can get refunded.

Ordered foundation on 11th October, no updates, telephone number is non-existent. Emails have not been answered.

Huge scam avoid at all costs please give them no money

Shocking..no order received, been two weeks now, phone number does not exist. DO NOT USE !!

I ordered on 26 August 2023 and they send an email the next day saying the order is dispatched. It’s 7 days and the parcel is missing, no email support no one to answer your calls or emails. Total mail tracking keeps saying we are expecting your parcel, they are SCAMMM. Report their company registration number. They do not even reply on Instagram page or Facebook.

Sad to say I agree with many of the more recent comments here.

My order has yet to be dispatched after 10 days, emails left unanswered, and no way to contact the company. Disappointing.

This company is a SCAM! I placed an order on the 3rd of August. After several emails which they never responded to, I got a Royal Mail tracking number from them on Monday 14th of August. Today is Friday 18th of August and the tracking number is still not reflecting on Royal Mail tracking website. I’ve emailed them again, still no response. They’re no longer on Facebook and no contact telephone number. They’re not supposed to be allowed to trade.
Please, please, please AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

If I could write a review and leave 0 stars then I would. I’ve received and email of dispatch on 7thJune for an order I placed on 4th june. Tracking number didn’t work. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with in my life. Sent 2 emails, spoke on Facebook messenger to whoever manages their social media…. Who is also very blunt and CBA to help you. Will only help after you’ve sent and email and waited a week for a response. Still have heard back after I got told they’d ‘chase it up’! Now I’m not sure if they’re hand making my product but I’d avoid purchasing anything with this company as you’ll never receive it and nobody will help you with getting your money back.

I had to put one star to be able to write a review!-I placed an order on 24 May—as of yet 04 June..still not received and have constantly messaged “customer services “ but to no avail,,so please,if you read this,,avoid this company at all costs,they take payment immediately but not in any rush to send goods or reply to queries

Very good prices, fast delivery. I recently received an incorrect order; they replied quickly and sent out the correct order free of charge. No issues

Just been scammed by this company.
They take your money and don't deliver the product.They ignore e-mails and provide false tracking numbers from the Post Office.

Delivery incredibly slow, non-existent customer service. Would not use again.

My order has not been received nor have my enquiry emails been responded to.....I placed an online order 30/01/2023 with Nail Polish 4 You and received a dispatch email 31/01/2023 with the tracking number.
I have taken all the correct steps in contacting them to discuss my delivery but received nothing in response.
I have contacted them on their sales and orders email addresses and via facebook messenger. Every time I try to track the parcel on the Royal Mail website it returns with a message "Sorry, we're currently unable to confirm the status of your item with reference JH207764578GB . Please try again tomorrow." so I have contacted Royal Mail who have advised that the tracking number is not valid as it has not entered their network therefore means they have not sent the product to Royal Mail for them to deliver it.

Apparently items dispatched and with a tracking number that's not even recognised by Royal Mail tracking.

Still awaiting for items. No updates with my order. No respond to my email. Number on site doesn't work.

This company is a scam. The item i ordered was completely different to the one shown on their website. I have emailed them 3 times and tried calling the number shown on their 'contact us' section (01213183849) but the number is either unrecognised or constantly engaged. No response to my emails. Please do not throw your money away to these charlatans. In the midst of a cost of living crisis they are reprehensible for scamming people out of money they cannot afford to lose.
