Dreadful.No reply to several emails, just completely ignored. Got the standard 'your message is important' rubbish and promising a response in 72 hours...more like 72 days and still no response.

The product doesn't do what the company states. My nails are stained from their products. You definitely need a base coat. Don't know what's in the product but my nails are horrendous, brittle and have gone like paper. Customer service is non existent. Emailed to which they replied then nothing at all. Would I use this company again???

Made me feel very relaxed love the customer service so helpful and kind to you massages are great pedicure and manicures are so relaxing all manicurist give hospitality and kindness make you feel relaxed and calm.

Terrible quality, bought the leopard top coat. Does not work at all just comes out as dull coloured dark brown colour

I have never come across such a poor quality nail polish in my many many years of using nail polish. This is without doubt the worst and I'm kicking myself for ordering 3 bottles straight off instead of trying out one. The colours are lovely but literally within hours the polish was chipping. More chipping on day 2, I repainted chipped polished nails, same thing occurred. This is a very expensive polish and a complete rip off. I certainly do not recommend this polish and wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Wish I could return unopened bottles for a refund. Steer clear of Nails Inc

I was intrigued by the colour changing polish, it goes on translucent and doesn't change colour. Similarly, the blue glitter goes on transparent, although it does sparkle. The bottles themselves are awkward, the lid separates to a smaller one. Although the products suck, the processing and shipping times were relatively quick and packed safely.

Order placed on 10/04/2025, was lost without informing me.
Due to their completely inefficient customer service I cancelled the order on 17/04/2025. Despite numerous requests there is still no sign of a refund after over a month.
Avoid this company at all costs.

Absolutely shocking customer service. I returned 2 bottles of nail polish which they received on 16th April. Still no refund after 11 days. Sent emails. No response.

If I could put zero I would! Absolutely shocking customer service for their main website. I have ordered nearly £100 worth of polish on the 30th of march, chased and chased can chased up on it with only one response their end, even though their auto messages say 48hrs for responses. Told me it was ‘lost in transit’ but had no delivery information provided to prove that. Asked for a refund if it hadn’t been sent, so instead they ‘resent’ it over two weeks ago when I asked for the refund really. Still to this day I am trying to get my order refunded and I’m being ignored. DO NOT USE AND BOYCOTT

Update, it’s now mid may and still haven’t received a refund. Says their ’system is down’ and can’t refund me at this current time. Absolutely shambles!

I Spent a fortune on these nail polishes and ordered around 8 I think and they are so misleading to all the videos online and advertising them not as it seems and colours are not great and the gel ones don’t work as they show online and doesn’t show up at all especially the glitter one . I also Ordered 2 neon pink and they are different kinds but both seem to be like the same colour. I Don’t think they are worth the money and I am disappointed.

This is a product review for the top less nail varnish. I purchased 6 bottles from superdrug. This new product is awful, it goes on patchy, chips within 2-3 days and dries out nails. Worst nail varnish I've ever used. The only way I can wear it is apply a base coat first, then two coats and a top coat. It defeats the object of a speedy mani. Very disappointed, I expected a better product.

Ugh! I hate that I love NailInc polish so much because it’s the best polish I’ve ever used! However like all the negative reviews…. The website is a scam! Ordered 6 sets of nail polish before Christmas and it is almost April. Nothing ever came! Also reached out to Nailinc several times with no response. After 2 months, received an email saying order had been processed. Another 2 months has passed. Still Nothing! Had to file a credit card dispute to get money back. This company deserves NO stars!

Horrendous ...THE worse nail polish I have ever had, I bought navy "check my bio" from Zalando....taking it off is a disaster even w a base it's stuck to my skin and under my nail tip, all over my hands which are literally blue, used 200ml cute ultra powerful and half another...

Wish I’d read this before ordering… I ordered a bright red shade, they sent me a dark grey shade. Sent two emails and no reply. Clearly have some colourblind fool working in the picking department. I’ll contact my bank and ask for a reverse charge on the card I paid on. Just a hassle 🫤

Ordered 2 nail varnishes, one of the colours delivered was not what I ordered. Obviously I contacted them a couple of times via email to alert them to the error and request the correct colour to be sent out. Now after reading these reviews it comes as no surprise that I haven’t heard back from Nails inc at all! Absolutely terrible customer service. I appreciate that errors may occur from time to time but I also expect that when they do it is reasonable as a customer to expect these errors to be rectified, NOT IGNORED!!! Shame on you Nails inc.

Same issue as so many others. Incorrect colour sent and no response from customer service.
I shan't order from them again which I'm sure they're not bothered about but nothing else I can do apart from leave a negative review...and where are the reviews on the website? Can't find them.

If I had known before ordering from them the awful reviews, I would not have ordered.
They sent me an incorrect shade, I am now having to constantly contact them to ask when they intend to rectify this.
Still waiting for a response.

Don't purchase from them! I have a bottle of nail varnish that has gone from a pink to clear. I emailed them 5 times, they state they will get back within 48hrs and they don't. They totally ignore all emails. Hopeless!! Awful company and deserve to go out of business.

Absolutely awful customer service

Placed order at end of December, the completely wrong order arrived & contained awful items that I wouldn’t even use. Have sent 4 emails with no response, absolutely disgusting they can get away with this. No other way of getting hold of them

Ordered lots of nail polishes from them & didn’t receive any. Took 2 months to receive a refund & I only got this because PayPal opened a case against them
Really disappointed that I had no communication from nails inc (besides an automated response email to say they would reply within 48 but never did)
