I recently attended a nail course with NTC, and it was a great experience from start to finish. Our trainer, Nic, was absolutely lovely very knowledgeable, approachable, and always willing to help. She created a comfortable learning environment where I felt at ease asking questions, and she was more than happy to provide clear, helpful answers throughout the course.

I came away feeling more confident in my skills and would definitely recommend NTC to anyone looking to further their nail training.

I absolutely loved this course, came out with so many more skills then i did going in and had such a lovely time getting to know nicki and the other women in there with me. 100% recommend.

What an amazing 3 days!
Nic is such a lovely person and a brilliant trainer.
Everyone was nervous until she walked in and changed the whole mood. She made everyone relaxed and spent time with everyone who had questions.
You have to have the patience of a saint to do what Nic does, honestly!
Everyone on the course was lovely and we all got on really well. There’s a lot of information to take in, so you’ll need to concentrate, take notes and you’re allowed to take videos and pictures of demos if you need to. I’ll probably be taking a refresher course just in case, but I enjoyed every minute!

The knowledge and instruction for this course was amazing!

I feel I got way more than I expected to get and it’s meant that I’ve been able to walk straight into offering builder gel services!

Leesa provided such valuable knowledge and with her years of experience, you knew you were in safe hands and her knowledge wasn’t just coming from a book!

Really enjoyed my NTC course, we had Nic as our trainer who was lovely, friendly and a great teacher, Learnt so much over a short period, I really liked that NTC doesn’t work with a set brand as they could give honest opinions on different brands and we got to try for ourselves to find what we like to use. Only negative is that you don’t get your own starter kit, I feel this would really benefit so students can get practicing straight away but over all was a amazing experience and can’t wait to get started.

Firstly, congratulations to whoever hired Sital. She is a truly wonderful tutor who clearly loves what she does. Her passion shows in every part of the course.
She is incredibly knowledgeable — a real mountain of expertise — and she supported all of us throughout the entire training. She generously recommended products, shared techniques, answered every question, and created such a friendly and engaging atmosphere. She was simply born to teach.
I would also like to thank the director for handling my previous frustration with professionalism and care. When I had the course with a different instructor, my experience was not the same. The way this was addressed — by offering me the opportunity to attend this class instead — shows real commitment to quality and student satisfaction.
Overall, this was a fantastic experience. One of the strongest selling points of this course is that you can return to refresh your knowledge, come back with new questions, and continue learning. That ongoing support makes a huge difference.
As a bonus, I even made a new friend during the course!
I highly recommend this training. The team here truly knows their craft.

A three day course, which included 5 services. Nic was fabulous from the start, made everyone feel so comfortable and had amazing knowledge. No question was a silly question and her demonstrations and explanations were faultless. My confidence grew throughout the course; we will all stay in contact and continue sharing our work through our group. Free refreshers are offered for life, which is an amazing bonus. Thank you for the best three days.

My lovely teacher called Kirsty. She taught me a lot of useful skills of nail art. I’ve learnt a lot from her and she has so much patience as well. She never showed bad attitude and always encouraged us so it made me have more confidence to do nail during the course. I have to thank her so much. And I had a great experience with her. Miss her already

We could not have had a better instructor, Kirsty was 5 star and just great! Her knowledge was incredible, experience enviable and her ability to read the room and adapt with so many learning types was admirable.
I have given a 4 rating as I felt that the facility itself and communications let Kirsty down.
The room was not ideal with no windows for ventilation just a couple of small extractors, there was nowhere nearby to get a drink, a bottle of water provided each day wouldn’t have gone a miss and no tea and coffee making facilities. It was only due to Kirsty going the extra mile and thinking outside the box that we could enjoy a cuppa. We also had an unannounced visit from a director and an incident with her child which Kirsty handled with such professionalism that if we didn’t know, we wouldn’t have known.

I recently completed my course with NTC in Newcastle and honestly, I couldn’t recommend it enough. I was so worried and nervous before attending, but Kirsty immediately put me at ease from the moment I arrived.
Kirsty is an incredible tutor. She explains everything so clearly and thoroughly, and even topics that could feel less exciting, like legislation — she somehow made interesting and easy to absorb. Her teaching style is relaxed yet professional, and she creates such a comfortable learning environment.
Kirsty was so patient with me, inclusive, and genuinely helpful. Nothing was ever too much trouble. No question felt silly, and she took the time to make sure everyone felt confident and supported.
What really stood out to me was that the support didn’t just stop when the course ended. Kirsty has set up ongoing out-of-course support where you can reach out for help and advice, which is invaluable when you’re starting out. She just never stops!
She truly goes above and beyond. Her knowledge, her laid-back attitude, and her passion for what she does shines through. She’s an absolute asset to NTC — a total firecracker of a tutor. If I could bottle her up, I would!

The only downside for the actual venue and something I would advise making other attendees aware of, is there wasn’t any drinking facilities. Ideally a water fountain and hot drinks facilities would have been better. We made it work and brought our own hot drinks facilities in, however being prepared for the first day would have been better.

I purchased the Total Nail Course from this company and at first everything seemed fine. However, after agreeing to issue me a refund a week ago, I have not received any confirmation or further updates.

Since then, my WhatsApp messages are not going through and my emails have been ignored. The lack of communication and follow-up is very disappointing and unprofessional. Once a refund has been agreed, customers should not be left chasing for responses.

Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company due to the poor communication and failure to follow through.

I honestly couldn’t recommend this nail course enough. From start to finish, it was such an amazing experience and I learned so much. Kirsty is an incredible teacher — so patient, knowledgeable, and supportive. She explains everything so clearly and makes you feel comfortable and confident every step of the way. No question ever felt silly, and she always took the time to help and encourage me. I’ve come away feeling confident, inspired, and excited to start my nail journey. I would 1000% recommend anyone thinking about doing this course to just go for it!

I had an amazing experience on the NTC nail course. Kirsty was an absolutely incredible tutor — so supportive, patient, and genuinely passionate about teaching. She always took the time to explain things clearly and never rushed us, even when we didn’t get things right straight away. We were a group of 7 and Kirsty made sure she sat with each one of us to ensure our techniques were performed correctly and outlined areas to work on! The environment was so welcoming and relaxed, which made learning enjoyable and confidence-boosting. The course itself was very detailed and thorough, and Kirsty’s teaching style, knowledge, and encouragement really set her apart. She goes above and beyond for her students, and she is without a doubt the best tutor I’ve ever had on a course. I for sure will be returning for new courses in the future!
