I bought one Persian rug from Nain at the end of last year which was beautiful and as described online. I was so satisfied I went on to buy 3 smaller ones and another larger rug over the past few weeks and have kept them all. I also knew from experience I could buy with confidence as their return policy is so good. They arrived on time well-packaged in the UK and were undamaged. Delivery was free from Germany where their warehouse is. Nain were also very open to returns within the free return period as is their promise but I kept them all I liked them so much. Excellent Persian rugs of high quality. Everyone who sees then loves them.

Great range of rugs available on their website. Easy to find one of the right size/colour/type/price. Having ordered a large carpet Nain's communication was excellent as was the communication of their delivery partners USP. The carpet was just as depicted on their website, particularly the colour was accurate. The quality was as expected.

Great rug, love it. Excellent response when I had a question. Delivery company was not great though and I ended up going to pick it up. One of those “ you weren’t in” things when I was. But great rug company.
