I explained to Tim what our issues were, he was able to trouble shoot over the phone and work out quickly that the settings werent correct and was able to walk me through everytjing to sort it out

We’ve had difficulty keeping our pool from growing algae on the bottom. We’ve had inconsistent messages from the NZ rep, and unkept promises of support, solutions and products.
