I had a wonderful experience with Naked Kitchens. Laura was not only extremely knowlegable, thoughtful and detailed in her advice and responses throughout the process, but very friendly and patient - especially when I needed to sort out measurements and changed my mind on a few things along the way! 18 months later the kitchen still looks immaculate - the quality of the product and the service is fantastic!

Naked Kitchens - Great Experience, Great Quality
Naked Kitchens were so fantastic. I wanted a very bespoke kitchen, wine cellar, study and boot room from them. Their process was very smooth, clear and stress free. They always kept me informed as to where my multiple projects where in the process, the lead times were also very quick, fitting into my contractors schedules perfectly! As someone who use to work in the carpentry industry I immediately recognised the true quality of the cabinetry I bought, their traditional handcrafting techniques have clearly been performed by some experts who know what they’re doing! The dovetailing on my drawer boxes is fantastic, along with the exposed shaker walnut in my wine cellar!

Really like our kitchen
Really like our kitchen and can't complain about the build quality or options. We had a couple of niggles with some doors not quite matching in colour however it was sorted without question.

Quality kitchens
We’ve received countless compliments on out Naked kitchen. I can’t recommend Naked enough. If you’re looking for a bespoke kitchen that combines elegance, durability and quality, look no further. They are at the top end of the market, which comes with a corresponding price tag, but we are so happy with our kitchen that it was worth every penny!

We love our new Naked Kitchen
This Naked bespoke, hand-crafted kitchen from Norfolk offers both exceptional quality and classic, yet contemporary design, making it ideal for our Victorian terrace home, and need for a lo-key practical family kitchen . From walnut dovetail joinery to a walnut spice rack, the attention to detail is impeccable. The larder cupboard and solid base units provide ample, thoughtfully designed storage, while oak doors painted in a warm ‘Baked Clay ’ color bring a cozy, rustic touch that blends seamlessly with modern elements. We wanted a quality kitchen, but something that would be timeless and not feel dated, and despite some of the Naked designs being very of ‘the moment’ the Naked team respected our timeless brief and budget.
We opted for an Artscut quartz worktop which is perfect for rolling pastry, family dinners, while adding a touch of Italian style. Naked made bespoke oak shelves painted in a ‘Bramble’ colour practical for storing the food processor, pans & cookery books. Integrated warm LED lighting throughout the space lights every corner, creating a welcoming atmosphere and practical during meal prep or low light entertaining.
Overall, for our family needs this kitchen achieves the ideal balance between traditional craftsmanship and modern convenience. It’s a high-quality, thoughtfully designed space that combines aesthetics with utility. We love the joinery and have no doubt it will stand the test of time and last many happy family memories. The team at Naked including Ace, were awesome and so helpful, we loved visiting their hanger near Swaffham in Norfolk, and appreciate the time they took to help us plan every detail on budget and our builders sang their praises for the quality of the units, joints, hinges and metal work. (TBH they had no connection, tie in or commission, so was genuine.) For those who appreciate traditional craftsmanship and enduring style, we believe this Norfolk-made kitchen is a worthwhile investment.
There was one end panel which was 5mm short, the Naked team arranged and hand delivered a replacement within a couple of days!
We have compared against friend's new top line Howsden kitchen, and another six figure effort and in our view the quality of Naked is in a different league to both, so we have no regrets. Naked kitchen’s also had transparent, honest & open pricing from the outset, so 10/10 Naked for integrity.
Would recommend 100%.

The most amazing showroom in London
If you want to see simply the most beautiful kitchens you've ever seen, then the Chelsea showroom is the place to visit. Quite apart from the fact it's brilliant to have so much interior stuff all in one place - think Colefax and Fowler, Benjamin Moore, Mandarin Stone, Farrow and Ball - the Naked showroom is quite extraordinary. The first display is so elegant it literally takes your breath away. They know their stuff and it shows. I previously bought their doors for a rental property years ago and they have been great, so here we go for the full monte
More than just kitchens!
I recently went to Naked Kitchens to upgrade my bedroom with some bespoke cabinetry to fit around the oak beams. It was a wonderful experience from the moment I stepped into their Chelsea showroom all the way through to the continual after-care and thank you package I received from them. I would highly recommend them for any type of bespoke cabinetry!

Terrible delivery
Terrible delivery, terrible aftercare. Just spoken over continuously. Advisor just likes the sound of her own voice instead of respectfully dealing with the issue.

Incredible London Showroom experience
Just finalised all of my plans with Naked team at Bloomsbury who have been absolutely fantastic at guiding us through process of designing our dream kitchen. Their incredible showroom swayed us from modern to the beautiful Bloomsbury Shaker kitchen. Next step Kitchen delivery! Thank you so much Naked team!

Top quality from start to finish
We’d wanted a new kitchen for ages but couldn’t find exactly what we wanted. Until a friend shared a photo of their new Naked Kitchen!
From visiting the showroom to designing our kitchen to delivery, Naked Kitchens have been nothing but helpful and communicative. And the units are fantastic quality – the drawers especially are beautifully made.
The Naked Kitchens team were also great when something didn’t go to plan! (One unit was supplied at the wrong size, but they sent a replacement quickly.)
We could not be happier with our new kitchen – in fact we can barely believe it’s ours!

Great experience at showroom with Ace
We visited the showroom in Norfolk and it is really worth the drive. We were welcomed by Ace who showed us around and also listened to what we were looking for. Very swiftly, he was able to direct us to a kitchen design that we now love. Ace also gave lots of complementary advice and was so helpful with getting the finer details of the design just right. We can not wait to see our kitchen installed this autumn!

Lovely kitchen, good value, would recommend.
I start by saying I’m extremely picky!! I wanted to build my own kitchen as I enjoy woodworking but I didn’t have the time so was looking some someone who cared as much as I did to build it for us.
Naked Kitchens was fantastic quality - the ordering system was very good for someone who knew what they wanted, which I did. The website was easy to choose the options.
The ordering process was great however it was a bit rigid - I ordered the kitchen far in advance but a few things changed during the build which resulted in a charge (even with months out of delivery) as the kitchen had to be re ‘optimised’ - as I’ve spent hours on CAD software I do appreciate this took time and cost the company money so no issue with this, just good to be aware.
The quality of the product was great, I would say 8/10 which is still high praise in my books! Although it was a lot of money for us it wasn’t top end money and I felt it was very good value.
As I fitted the kitchen myself I feel the instructions and information could have been way better, it was vague and confusing - I realise the company expects experience fitters but once I worked it all out I feel it could encourage customers into self fitting if this was better.
I paid extra to have oak veneered birch plywood and was a little shocked to find most of the doors/filler prices, kick boards came in a high density MDF material - I spoke to one of the owners who explained the benefits of this method, mainly stability over time and that made lots of sense, just might have been helpful to have this written somewhere so I knew what I was getting.
I had an issue with a couple of the doors not matching well with the rest of the kitchen (possibly due to the light in my kitchen) but Naked without much of a question remade 5 doors for me to make sure it all matched and I was happy. They even collected and dropped off (even though I collected the kitchen in the first place) again this was great customer service.
All round I’m really happy with the kitchen, I think it may be a struggle to order on the website if you didn’t know about kitchens and how they went together so it would be best to call and talk it over.
Thanks everyone and Naked for putting up with my endless questions about every tiny detail and I look forward to enjoying the kitchen for years to come.

Lovely Product - some improvements to customer service
Update - as resolution has been reached and I will make sure I update this review
We purchased a kitchen off Naked Kitchens and paid thousands of pounds and now find ourselves with a kitchen that it is completely not fit for purpose as they have glued all the shelves in. When we asked for the shelves to not be fixed - who doesn’t want to make sure they can make sure their coffee machine fits or their olive oil bottles can actual fit. If you are going to glue in and fix shelves in a kitchen - maybe explicitly ask the customer first at what height they want them and specify in your manufacturing sign off that they come fixed, so the customer is aware.
To make matters worse they have not offered any resolution, except to rip them out ourselves and have groves/marks all through our brand new kitchen cupboards.
When we offered that we could live with all but two of the cupboards - there was no offer to fix anything- in fact they said if we wanted anything to patch it they could send us a price?!
I know these kitchens look lovely on social media - but there are lots of other companies that do similar products now. I suggest you check those out instead.

An extremely negative experience
An extremely negative experience, I was charged £480 for their design service having seen an image of one of their kitchens in a magazine. Having paid I was told the kitchen I saw was not included in their design service as it was bespoke...? I attempted to recreate the look but was left to flounder as the 'designer' was seemingly inexperienced and offered no assistance on how to create the look of the kitchen I wanted which was one of theirs. I asked for the name of the designer of the actual kitchen, called her to ask for help but she did not return my call. This was a couple of weeks ago so I could not see any of their kitchens in the flesh either thanks to lockdown but they cared little about my needs and made no allowances, I was made to feel like a problem customer. Eventually I decided on a design by looking through their copious marketing images but was then told that I had exhausted the 4 allocated hours of 'design' so would have to pay for the kitchen upfront if I wanted to see the design. I've since complained and received no direct response, only PR stunt postings on social media. I would definitely avoid this company, its all show and they cared very little about customer service in this instance. I have since used the free design service at Ikea which was excellent and Neptune who charge FAR less and refund the costs on purchase entirely, they also give you unlimited time and the franchise I used provided a highly-skilled designer who actually told me what would fit where and offered expert advice, the service I paid for but did not receive at Naked.
RESPONSE TO THE DIRECTORS COMMENTS BELOW; Dear Jamie,
We have never met, nor have you or any of your team taken the time to reply to me directly. You belittle me for posting true and sincere reviews and yet you refuse to engage with me directly. What else can the little man do when their needs are so clearly unvalued and insignificant to a company like yours - when our concerns are ignored, but our money's taken and needs remain unmet? When you take someone's hard-earned money you enter into an agreement, one that is based on trust. I feel you have abused our trust and have not fulfilled your obligation. You have never taken the time to address the concerns of this customer. You bleat on about being local and not factory-made but your customer service is seemingly industrial, 4 hours (as defined by you) and the shutters come down, reason is not a welcome addition to your focused transactional bias. There is no other recourse for a lowly customer of Naked Kitchens but to place honest reviews. You are very big on social media, you love the coverage, indeed I found my dream kitchen via this prolific marketing. I am simply communicating with you via the only medium you respect. I would have loved a letter, an email, any form of direct communication addressing my concerns but serving me, your lowly customer is not, I see, high on your agenda.
