These are super comfy and very well made, so will keep buying again and again! Definitely recommend.
If you are giving these as a present, they do come in beautiful packaging too.

Poor quality and poor service
I ordered 5 pairs of bamboo socks for £40. They are very poor quality, thin and tight around the legs. It is not clear how to obtain a refund from the website and I have emailed support twice with no response so have been left with socks I can’t wear with no idea how to return them and I’m £40 down. Very disappointed.

I wanted to let you know that I personally replied to your email today (Monday), processed a full refund, and offered you an alternative solution. Your message came through late on Friday, and as our office is closed over the weekend, we didn’t have a chance to reply to emails until today.
