Realized the large decals were going to be too big so after receiving it we messaged them immediately to get started on return process. It’s been almost 2 weeks and we have yet to hear from them. We’ll be contacting our banks to have them get our money back since they were not cheap!
Beautiful designs for kids wall but after taking ot down (carefully) the wall is completely destroyed.
FAKE company. I paid for an item for my pet over a month ago. They have told me the tracking told me a certain date - still nothing. Now they have amended the tracking dates to ten days after what they originally said. I am going to my bank to attempt to reverse the payment. The company from "Zurich" is clearly in Asia. I don't even want to see the quality of the item.

We are sorry that the delivery date was not visible to you before you placed your order. Imported items have a longer delivery time than Swiss items. It seems that there was a system error in the tracking information as we can now see that your order has already arrived. Enjoy the backpack.
Not telling customers that delivery takes 10 days before check out is inacceptable. Also it's worth noting that the our delivery was from Germany even though they claim to be a start-up from Zurich.

This company is pretending to be a local one from Switzerland, but it ships very very bad and low quality products from China for a ridiculous amount of money! Don't ever go there and order, go to a local pet shop. This is really not work it!!!!

Do not order from this company. I ordered two items, one of them was shipped from Asia and 20 days after the order has been done and paid, this items still in transit. The second one was never shipped. No reimbursement either so far. Absolutely waste fo money, time and energy. Do not order from them.
