Very disappointed! The material used for the jumpsuits are so thin, the patterns are blurry, very poor quality! Made in China. Definitely doesn't look anything like the pictures on the website.

I paid for and ordered a Rosalina One shoulder dress for R1174.00 on 1 April 2024 and this clearly was an April fool. over three months later nothing has arrived. I have been following up to no avail until today I received an email advising me of the CEO allegedly being engaged in fraudulent activities.
I ordered sandals in March and they still have not arrived…. More than 2 months later
Shocking. You can’t get hold of them. When the shoes arrive it turns out they are imported and you pay duties. And the quality is cheap and nasty and the sizing is way too small. Very unhappy customer
Please note that this is a company that does drop shipping, i.e. you order from their website and they order from China, the goods are liable for Customs Duties and VAT on arrival in South Africa. As Customs we cannot take into consideration the fact that the client was under the impression that the goods would be shipped from a local supplier.
Got my parcel today.. had to pay an extra R825 import duty and tax on top of paying R1100 for the item bought. Quality is pathetic. What a scam!

Naledi Capetown are a CHINESE based company. Which means unexpected customs and duties when the item arrives. This should definitely be made clear at the time of purchase.
I bought shoes from them and had them delivered today - wrong size and really plastic looking, nothing like the pics on the website - no way of getting in touch with them except via their email address - they were delivered but very disappointing and a complete waste of R900 plus i had to pay 75 to get the delivery from the driver, so upsetting

This is a SCAM company! I placed an order on the 14th of March 2024, and they have confirmed and sent a shipping reference. I have not received ANYTHING yet, and the tracking link is not valid or working. They are not responding to ANY emails. THIS IS FRAUD! PLEASE SHUT THEM DOWN.
This is a scam company. The bank has confirmed that their details are false and that no products are delivered. They use Trustpilot to claim good reviews. Can they please be shut down?
